you do know what cel shading is right?...

i think when it comes to shading... its what your after... if your after strong contrasting colours then go for a deeper blacker tone... where as you have been light hearted with your picture...

when your shading something.. keep in mind that a light source/s will effect where light shines and shadows fall... keep that in mind and you will be fine... shading really isnt that hard?....

Don't make it around pico day, as the frontpage will be filled with awesome pico submittions ...

now why would i do something silly like that!!!... everyone knows only submit good stuff on NON-themed days... madness, pico, luisday!?...

go for it... its a rather cartoon feel... and i dont really think i have anything like that at the moment... but im still keeping level 13 open for everyone... :3

i like detail... lots of details... more details means more to look at... athough i also love the other end.. where simplisity rules and makes stunning artwork... where as the middle ground is neither way...

Glad i was chosen to take over this as i am enjoying thinking about and then making it come to life!!!...

as i still would like a range of artistic tallent... im going to say anyone with two or more pieces can not atempt level 13 *unlucky for some*

also anyone thinking of doing level 13... please think outside the box... dont do what everyone else has done... but if you think you can pull it off... go for it!!!

some of you might already know that i have chosen you to be CO-Authors of the collab... im going to go for 6-8 people... i have a few others in mind as well... but i would like to see who you think should get a spot on the left hand side of the flash :3...

as for me... im trying to find a new computer so i can start afresh... iv had this for over 6-7 years now and its starting to show alot... C drive is packed up big time and my D drive is clogging up quick... need better stuff me thinks... so im gona save up and get a more moden pc that can cope with flash mx been run without dying on me...

hey hey hey... im sorry but my computer is dying on me just a bit... only have something like 600MB left on my C-drive... :S, been busy n stuff as well... like over the new year with not been able to get computer access for a while...

i have updated ma list... level 50 has been taken and filled in... level 18 has been reserved... so that leaves two levels left... check my newspage *snowman has posted a link above* to check things out...

will start cracking down with the flash stuff and im getting lots of usefull helpers now :D...

i have updated my list on the my userpage and have done some updating, sorting stuff out and replying to messages...

i have repooled level 35 *yes... the one i did a picture for* beacuse it wasnt good enough :P...

so at this moment in time... unless you have some serious art tallent up your sleave... dont bother doing any levels apart from...

this is basicly how i want to present the artwork... please note the white glow is only for people who want it *or have only given me .jpgs* as its alot easyer and nicer looking then if i cut it out... also you could have another colour other then white...

will be working on the sketch book after i have the main bulk sorted as the sketch book is where all your WIP's, scribbles and ideas will be going into with alot of free-hand scribbles from me to make it look more authentic... :D

*will try pming tom a 2nd time for medals... if i still get no reply then il see if theres anyone who can help me :S*

right.... putting together the bulky bits and just getting an idea what i need to get ready as such...

so im throwing some options out there to see what you people think...

that is snowman's level 1 "snowman" netural aura... im trying to keep it basic but heavy newgrounds themed... (white glow was beacuse of .jpg so i made a glow :D)

this is most likey how your picture will be displayed... so elongated pictures may be trimmed to fit...

the "next" and "prev" buttons will be some sort of newground themed buttons *for this slide... the prev button will display the menu button which will otherwise be under neath the prev button... and the selection button will be underneath the next button *if that makes any sence to you :P* untill level 60 where there is no next button only the selection button...

easter eggs will be put in untill i reach a max limit (that been filesize / if i think theres enough)

the blue boxes and red boxes show ideas on how i want the user information along with the level and name to be displayed... or i could have a "bar" or something at the bottom with the information rolling or something...

im spending alot of time on this guys beacuse you have spent alot of time on your lovely artworks and they deserve to be shown off in the perfect style... testing AS ideas and movement throughout the collab so when i thread it up it doesnt get messy...

*my first time doing this so it may be a bit messy :S...*

but im going to spend alot of time tweaking it to make sure its perfect and runs smoothly...
