Yes I'm using host baby, for its diverse page formatting I dont know how much I'm paying for the help because idk what this type of work is for, all i know is i like the features of this forum

But can anyone design a bbs forum like this one with emotes and layout very similar?
I need to be able to add my own smmilies like the one I am looking at above ^.

Sorry if this is off topic... I am planning on setting up a website, does anybody know where to get a forum just like this one?

I would like almost identical features especially the thread mood when posting the forums.

I reallly don't have a lot of music on my page, but thats because I just started my NG account.
But if you have any images or descriptive summary of your project I am positive I can come up with a musical vision for your game.
You see, once I see or think about how the game's mood is going to be, I would then be able to visualize an atmospheric mood for different levels. Just let me know.
