I strongly advise against starting or even partaking 'is ____ art' discussions. They are long winded - and for no good reason.
I can't really tell if your post is blatant self promotion or not, but here's a couple of things - design/panelling is awkward. It's not really a 'comic', it's more like some text with accompanying images because the way you situated the 'narration' and the speech completely breaks the fact that there are even images to begin with.

Well it's not the worst thing I've ever seen. They have a tendency to put some really weak anime stuff as daily deviations too.
I'd argue something about the general demographic of this site (and internet in general) seeing artwork on the frontpage, having to deem it as 'epic, uber and full of win' to consider it anything like-worthy.
