Further.
I'd like a car that would get me from A to B with maximum efficiency and saftey features.
I should really stop answering these questions because I am actually really uninteresting.
Anyway...
Everyone know about Year 12 Jerseys right?
Well I'm trying to get hoodies passed with custom design [by me] and everything, but the main thing the upper powers are against are the fact that 'Hoodies are associated with Gangs'.
So the school decided to get really bad looking jerseys with a measly 10 character limit for the nick names. On top of that the names are getting censored more than Chinas internet - for example, my friend was going to get 'Catfish' because he vaguely looks like Whiscash, the pokemon, but apparently there's some really obscure sexual reference that we didn't know about until we looked it up on Urban Dictionary. They even blocked someone who was going to get 'Dy' on their jersey.
So basically, I need some sort of argument to get hoodies passed apart from they look stupid, cost
$90, and only have 10 characters. I pretty much have the majority of the student body backing me up here so I just need something solid to guarantee a victory on the students end.
Any ideas?

Water. Water's always good.
Occasionally I'll reach for cordial or juice, but then I'll be like "Nahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...".
Because I'm a healthy mother fucker. djakslfa.
I can't say I'm a gaming person, seeing as how I don't have the time or money to play games or buy consoles... (or buy games for that matter). The last game I played extensively was WoW a couple years back - and that was because my friends asked me to play. Likewise, I play Dota occasionally with friends, but that's pretty much it.
So no consoles in this household.
Yep.
...
Most complicated thing I've attempted. WIP.
For my comic thing if you follow this thread.

Lol whut? Why did you even go if you weren't going to do anything?
My school's swimming carnival was yesterday but I didn't bother going because I probably would've done the same thing as you did. I stayed home and did some good ol' fashioned productive work.
I also hate water and the sun. I shake my fist at you sun.
Today I had a splendid day because for some reason I seem to cultivate anger around me from others and turn it into a pleasant feeling of mediocre contentment. There was a Valentines type deal happening in my school, and amongst the vast array of romantic displays and joke-meant sing'ograms, some people of course failed in their plans of romantic escapades only to dwindle down to a nervous wreck of humility for the masses to see.
Ah Valentines Day, you cruel bastard you.
I recoloured Thorn with a program called SAI. It's pretty fucking good.
FULL.

YES, SAUSAGE ROLLS. They're like meat pie's awesomely roll-shaped cousin.

Oh god I hate that show. They should rename it to "I'm a giant pussy. Yep."

Here's a stupidly vague Australian topic (I was hesitant to bring up... because of stupidity of) to keep things afloat until someone can think of something more logical to discuss:
A couple weeks back, I ate a curry meat pie. It was... bad. Like, I couldn't taste the meat - you might as well put curry powder into a pie, and it would have been the same. But that might have been because I have poor taste, as I can only stand normal meat pies and occasionally cheese or bacon meat pies. Seriously, chunky meat pies are the worst things EVER - they're like normal meat pies, but you actually have to put some effort into eating them.
Because of this pie I Wiki'd pies and found these abomination-like pussy versions of meat pies.
Just another reason I proud to be an Australian.
/Pie rant.
I like to think I can draw in multiple styles (as depicted throughout this thread), and in this one, I merged 2 of them.

The art world is full of idiots. Plain and simple. The person who buys an artwork for a huge wad of cash instantaneously deems an artwork 'valuable' because of 'their own opinion'. The fact that other people are willing to follow what is proposed makes the entire art community one giant joke. That said, you'd have to take into account that there's a bunch of rich bastards pulling the strings of the mainstream art world, buying shit out just to make artist famous, and then reap the benefits from their future works.
Hey there, I don't know if this question might be a bit iffy, but do you actually have a job other than animating? - or are you getting paid sufficiently to animate? Because I read you animate a 4 day week 9-4 plus the Friday where you do other stuff, and I'm thinking 'are you actually able to support yourself in terms of wealth through simply animating and freelance work?'.
Or did I miss something?

I was under the impression that you'd inevitably shrink it down anyway, eliminating the sharp edges - but hey, you're the boss.
Dump link.
Is it supposed to look messed up because it was converted to a display jpg? Yeah just save as and it'll look proper.

I was actually thinking RealPlayer, but now that I look at it, I guess I merged the two in some sort of horrendous amalgamation of sorts.

This did happen, or at least it happened in my school. ...But by 'every student', they meant 'every student in year 9 and under - because they obviously need it to ... Wait, what? They don't need it AT ALL.
Outrage.
It doesn't matter though, because they weren't laptops, they were netbooks. They're actually really bad. You might as well call it 'a really bad external hard drive that you can occasionally type shit on if you didn't mind the health problems associated with using laptops.' Their generation is gonna be fucked with back and eye problems, I'd have to say.
Either way, Kruddy lied.

I thought that was his plan from the start? It's ironic really, taking a worse off nation to base your progress on. I went there for a 'holiday' once. Aside from instantly getting sick on landing, it's just not a place you'd want to live in, everything seemed depressing, and the grey smog that coveted everything in the horizon didn't exactly help either.
Wait a minute, this isn't a thread about China!
But my perception of their living may be skewed due to Australia being 2nd on the HDI list.
Yeah I didn't want Rudd when the election was going on, but his dastardly catchy 'Kevin 07' scheme seemed to reward him nicely.
Well I don't think it's that bad in context - that the company sells electronic translators. It does have the linguistic excellence element you seen in Oxford and Cambridge dictionaries, though they don't even go beyond using a simple font. A company logo is supposed to resonate what the company stands for, and if it's the attempt to simplify the feature of translating languages, then I don't see the need for something 'sleek' or 'flashy'.

Nah, parents did, I was born in Melbourne.
Hey guys, got told about this here crew by Cloudeater.
I'll join because, well I live in designated area for club membership, NSW. But I'd have to say I make for a pretty piss poor Aussie. A good barbecue and saying 'mate' out of habit is about as far as I go, everything else is just beyond me. (Sports, drinking, beaches. Yeah, pretty much everything.)

Bro you just went from a set of undesirable tools to another bunch of undesirable tools. I can see an inverted cloud filter, bad shape usage and illogical gradient overdose. Additionally, this may have something to do with my not knowing what you were thinking, but I don't even understand what the image is.
In my opinion, you're attempting complex imagery when you should be building your currently non-existant fundamentals by doing exercises such as simple black and white drawings, or light/shadows on simple prismatic objects.
I started this out on the intention of drawing the major focus onto the shirt and the message on it (If you're wearing it and you look down it reads 'Chin up, kid'.) but then it just became some cacophony of colours and shapes to form a girls room littered clothes and reminders that she has friends.
She also has cans on her table for some reason.
