family troubles
My bro got into a fight with my mom over the phone, told her to "fuck off", then went and told my dad to fuck off. dad ran downstairs and starting destroying everything in my bros space by throwing it at the ground and stomping it. My bro ran down to apologize, and my dad threw him to the ground.
I ended up driving up. what the fuck. I think i'm going to sell all my shit and leave, fuck this. This is intolerable, no one should have to go through this shit. I didn't even say 1 word, I just stood there and watched.
they are continually having the same arguments over and over again, and its really violent with lots of yelling and shit. There are a million places I could live without any drama or stress whatsoever. these fucking people act in a way I cant even fathom anymore. I used to get swept up in the arguments when they would occur and be an active participant, now I don't get involved, but even without being involved, I want to get away from this toxic environment asap.
pros draw in the slides using the midicc pitch grid.
dont forget maximus
I one day wish to actually dj in front of live crowds. Unfortunately I'm in BFE

Eating better food (at least a bit less), and havin more secks.
That and partying a lot. All that running around and dancing for hours on end burns serious calories.
oh yeah see if you can find the documentary processed people.
honestly, the reason people in the western world have lots of fat on their bodies is becuase a carefully controlled conspiracy by large corporations to sell fattening and addictive foods at the cheapest price possible, and programming everyone to eat it, and by putting addictive chemicals in the food: MSG, HFCS, Aspartame
by watching these documentaries, you will become more aware of whats in the food, and your diet will change naturally. You will not allow yourself to fall for this huge scheme to program you to eat addictive fattening foods.
on the flip side, when you eat a low sugar, whole foods based vegan diet, you will lose all of your body fat extremely rapidly, even with little to no exercise. I did, my dad did. the 6 people in "raw for 30 days did"
again, they are really great documentaries, and simply the act of watching them my forever change your opinion on food so you can make the best decisions possible!
again good luck!

my dad went on a vegan, whole foods diet and lost 40 pounds in a month. I've lost about 50 pounds in 4 months. good luck!
you guys are all wrong. "ooh look at me i play music im a dj!!!!"
dj qbert is the best dj ever, he has technical skillzzz
reason is lejit.
my one tip for starting a new program, go download and watch a bunch of reasoner beginer dvds, where someone demonstrates how to do various things.
reason is unique in how it actually emulates an analog rack of equipment, which makes producing seem very fun compared to the drop down lust type thing in other programs

Interesting. And what of the feedback? Did you receive any useful feedback? I'm guessing you never had the chance to submit, since your music never fit the criteria?
I got my 300 bucks back so the website has a fantastic return policy and I may one day return!
The feedback was more about the style of the song. they didn't really focus on technical issues i could do to improve. "amateur mix" "not the right style" were the general consensus of the feedback without going much deeper

Since we're all producers, we love the peace and quiet don't we? ;)
oh god yes
I'm excited I won! But this aint the time to get all sloppy cockin. Time to step up my game and get the productions rollin' out.
Last night after I realized I had won and told my parents, about an hour or later they had this huge fight over some shit and were all screaming and yelling at each other. Since my brother is in the basement, my dad would walk down past me and start screaming at my brother right in front of me.
I don't need this kind of stress! I already got a bum ticker and heart palpitations from when my dad POISONED me. I just want to get a music job or move somewhere else where I can produce. My family is god damned miserable, and it makes it very hard to really focus on producing tracks
Oh hell yeah, thanks to everyone who listened to the track!
I am so down for this.
Any flash authors who want some pro music for their flash, send me a pm. I work fast and am quite talented :O
it doesn't matter who is the best well known on newgrounds to me personally. I live in my parents basement, and so does everyone else on this friggen audio portal, so what does it matter the size of our e-penis LOL
this is a touch one. the most difficult technical achievement i have accomplished would have to be constructing a custom multiband limiter in reason 4 for one of my class assignments. Instead of using a vst and a preset, i literally built a 3 band multiband limiter in a combinator, and it worked really well! Literally, I understand the proccess of compression so well I can make my own goddamn limiters now! WOO
how far can you insert your bass into someones BRAIN
hah, actually for me personally I believe was defines me as a musician is that fact that I create value for people. I create music, they listen and enjoy it. I am delivering value to their lives, and music is the vessel. i believe music is a nominalization of a transfer of value from one person to another, or to himself!
BDSM
I think its pretty cool, wut bout u geiz

so you are saying I shouldn't change my name to dj generic dance music?
here's my entry for this round
