Well, I think his ears are a little too low on his head, raise them up a bit higher.
I also think the distance between his nose and his upper lip is far too long, it makes the whole bottom of his face look wonky. You ca proably pull all of that up some.
The head also attaches to the neck fairly close to his chin; move that back a bit.
In the back of his head, his neck begins way too high; it should start below/at the ear lobe. Round out the head a bit more in the back to compensate.
His eyes are also a tad big.
Hope this may help some, I'm going from a realistic standpoints, as I thought you were too. Mreh.

Okay, but you should still finish your lines. It is easier to color in and stuff.
And if you link us a .psd version, we can color on top of, below, or in between your layers. A transparent .png would also work.
But all you did was link us to your Art Portal'd .jpg. That doesn't really help.

Well, not exactly.
You lucid dream when you realize that you are dreaming, and so you become semi-conscious in your own dream. When you don't remember it, you have the dream and then you move on to another one, completely forgetting about it. Thats why we can have dozens of dreams every night.
If you aren't good at remembering or controlling your dreams, look again at that first like I posted. Draw dots in sharpie on your hands, or a big "A" in the middle of your palm, and look down at them several times a day. Literally pinch yourself throughout the day. Little small habits, that you might perform in your dreams. Usually the first few times you lucid dream you may wake yourself up in surprise or fear. Set your alarm to wake up at random intervals in the night; you might wake up in the middle of a dream. Write it down, and do it more often. Its possible for everyone to lucid dream, it just takes a little practice :)

We've had a discussion about this before (maybe it was on stickam). But you can check out some tips and tricks here and here.
Some interesting things from the first link is looking in a mirror or down at your hands. In the mirror, you may see a blank, blurred, or even horribly disfigured image. You may also see more or less than 5 fingers on your hands.
Btw, when I remember my dreams, that is when I am lucid dreaming. Sometimes they are annoying and wake me up, especially when I repeat "clips" in my mind (like what Orn said, kinda.) I wake myself up because I get frustrated at my inability to move on. Usually my dreams are interesting but uneventful. No lotto numbers or hints of what will happen in the future. Lame. :/

I too stood up like an idiot and threw my imaginary molotov into my brother's bedroom. And, when I "threw" it with my right hand, I balanced on my left foot. Especially with the way your character is leaning, he would topple right over on his current leg.

Also, the hand is extremely long; you might wanna shorten that up.
