I think you got the dimensions wrong. its 600 (width) by 375 (height). I think you mixed it up.

Some shading would help.

it would help if you put the dimensions, fps, how to name mc's, due date.. and stuff like that.

no offense, but making a spinning minute hand doesn't make it better. add gradients to the sky, clock and clouds. make the clock have a 3d effect or something. it's a good idea but it needs perfection.
