we're ? Is that a crack ninja coding squad on your hand calling for the need for pluralization? Perhaps I'm confused, either way, when it comes down to hosting, I plan on paying for it, but like I said, I'm really stupid, and don't know what would be a good solid deal or anything.

I'm flat out dumb.

Forum: Programming

Hey gang, here's the short end, I've just been burned over the last four months attempting to get someone to design a webpage for a web comic for various art projects I've done and will be producing on a regular basis for commercial consumption.

I've heard time and time again from the same guy that the page was done, and he's never ever ever shown me it. I happen to work at the same company as him, and he's never shown it to me on his laptop, and I'm sick of prying. I'm throwing my cash out to the NG community, because you guys were and consistently are fucking more amazing than anyone would freely admit.

All apologies if this seems dumb, but if I spell it out in more detail, it'll be easier on everyone's end. Please note, that the last time I coded a page was in 1998 for angelfire. I'm incompetent and willing to admit I need someone that knows what they are doing, and wants to get some recognition.

I am interested in having a site built with a large display for the following

1. A web banner on the top
2. Ad support (I don't know how that works)
3. Archival links to previous strips and news posts
4. A smaller section on the same page for news posts
5. Copywrite info
6. A FAQ link back
7. Domain hosting with a solid site name.
8. Awesomeness.

However, as mentioned, I don't know how to make the internet dance to my beckon. I just make comics, and am slowly working on flash skills. I however, am willing to pay someone to code the site, and for general help in it's upkeep.

If you are interested, please either IM me or PM me with links to your work, and if you have any general inquires, please ask.

I'm at my wit's end, and I really want to start getting my work out there and having it show up on a web comic format.

Thanks a bunch guys, looking forward to seeing who's up for a challenge (or easy cash, I have no idea how hard this concept is)

The only way this would work would be if Keanu and Swayze finally made out.

Seriously, Hollywood what's next?

A sequel to E.T?

For those not familiar with Point Break, shame on you.

Our friendly NG artist JohnnyUtah refused to talk to me for a month when I told him I hadn't seen it.

He then grunted out a hearty 'Good for you' afterwards.

It's like watching two angels making love with surfboards. GO WATCH IT.

Update-

Sorry I haven't posted anything yet. I haven't had a day off since Sunday, and that was an all day drive. This Sunday is my next day off, and I'll be focusing on cleaning and posting all of my photos up. I'm working almost all open to close shifts so I've not had any kind of chance to think about anything, but needless to say, I look forward to Sunday.

Once again, sorry, but my job immediately grabs me by the balls once I get back into the states, and any semblance of enjoyment is grated away quickly.

In other news I wasn't sick at all, so it was probably your imaginations.

If you aren't going to use the net on it, the Zune 80 gb is a great buy.

If you're only interested in smaller amounts of space, and want to have wifi access, then the touch is a decent choice.

I love my zune, but hate the fact that there's only like 4 accessories for it.

Do any Michiganders/ Canadians wanna grab a ride with me? I'll be bolting through on the night of the 20th, and hitting Quebec around 12pm on the 21st.

I'm decent driver, when I don't fall asleep. I figure splitting gas is cheaper for most folks.

I imagine she has the required ports on her motherboard so I can insert my own hardware.

Would he require some extra RAM?

Unlike ones that require more RAM, he requires as little drive space as possible to ensure that he can insert his small microprocessor and boot up before overheating.
