Ok, I'm don't really know how to explain what I'm trying to do but I'll try my best

I have an animation in a movieclip. What I want to do is to control the animation with the position of the mouse. Like a scrolling menu. For example, something like this:

But, instead of changing the postition on the stage, it would play/rewind the movieclip

Does anybody have any ideas on how to get this done?

I'm making a song ( it's still pretty rough right now but that's not the point)

I'm posting here because i'm having major problems with a transition because there is a riff that is pretty different from the rest of the song. I'm not sure if I should just take off the riff or if I should work on the transition (if so, any ideas are welcome)

This is very good. But it could be awesome if you polished it a bit. Maybe try to make some lines with a darker pencil to add some volume? I don't know

I was just wondering, what is the flash evaluated on? Is it the score that matters, or is there some judges for the graphics and/or the script or something else ?
