Just kidding. Just read the part about the frame limit, I no longer wish to be involved. I doubt you'll be getting anything quality with animations that short, plus why even have a limit?

Well heres the
Instructions:

1. Use Adobe Flash Professional CS6

2. Make your Size: 645x460

3. Make your FPS: 30

4. Make your Background Color white

5. Use Actionscript 3.0

6. Your animation has to be your best. (Not Crappy)

7. There can be violence or language in your animation, I don't care.

8. Make your animation less than 140 frames

Would like to get it done in 12 days (your help and input would be appreciated!)

Just write a script for your animation then make your League of Legends animation, It has to be under 5 minutes. It could be comedy or whatever you want. (Your animation has to be a little advanced)
