Ok this is the Movie , It plays in the great 30 fps on my computer, but online, it slows a lot, causing some sound to be out of sync. (NOTE: nothing is out out of sync or wrong in my offline swf) And that is the one that is here on NG

I just submitted a movie in 30 fps, and it's playing back at like 25. ONLY online though, my original offline SWF is playing at 30 fps. Weird?

I've seen this done a couple of times, the effect where something goes in slow motion, and behind the moving object are the objects following, but in lighter alphas (PLease understand). Its like the objects is moving super slow, and it like drags behind. How is it done?
