As for my actual birthday, it really sucked. So bad that my family's buying gifts and celebrating it next week instead. Long story short, we got forced to move about a month ago because some untrustworthy loan shark fucked us out of our finances, we've got the rest of this week to get situated somewhere else, and our investors are backing out on us one by one. I can't even begin to describe how desperate the current situation is. Today was probably one of the worst days of life, which is pretty hard to do because I'm always so optimistic about things.

As the day went on, though, I stopped worrying about things and hung out with a few friends, which brought me back into my good state of mind. Plus it helps coming to NG and Facebook and seeing how many people care enough about me to wish me a happy birthday. So although the day was horrible, I was somewhat cheerful in the end.

Once again, you guys are the best and I can't even begin to explain how much this has changed my day. Thanks so much to every one of you. :)

No way. I think GH2 is much harder than GH3, even with Raining Blood thrown into the equation. I easily 5*d expert career on GH3, but I'm still stuck on Misirlou on GH2. Sure, the 5* scores are much easier to obtain on GH2, but that's because the songs are harder. That's how I see it anyway.

69%? That's weird, most people either fail at the intro or in the 80% range (Herman's Solo, etc.). I actually failed at 98% once because I went to tap the outro and missed the orange note. It sucked.

My personal best run for TTFAF is 88% with around 400k. Keep going and use your star power when you're about to fail. You'll get it eventually.

A good three years here, and look where I am now. I have over 12,000 posts, 10,000 experience points, the coveted Supreme Commander tank, and the (formerly) rare deity whistle.

While I haven't posted much this past year, it's been a good one. I used the time away from the BBS to raise my other stats and even raise some stats in real life. I now have a lot of friends and I rarely ever sit at home on my computer all day.

I've also learned the joys of Guitar Hero in this past year, and that was also a roadblock on some of my stats. However, I came through in the end and managed to get an awesome looking profile. Oh, and while we're on topic, I don't care what anyone says, this butcher knife is amazing. :P

In the long run, this past year was wonderful. And I have to say, NG has definitely helped me in getting a social life, believe it or not. After being around here and seeing so many weird behaviors for such a long time, you realize how people think and you learn what and what not to do. It's seriously helpful.

As long as I'm at it, I'd also like to give a birthday shoutout to our good friend gfoxcook and to my good friend Josh, who lurks NG but has yet to make an account, mainly due to his inactivity from anything internet related. Happy birthday, Josh (16) and Greg (31). You guys rock. :)

I'd like to give a special thanks to some of my close friends on NG for helping me stay away from all the morons and get as far as I did. You know who you are, and you guys are awesome. <3

Unless something drastic happens, you can plan on seeing me again next year. :)
