Yo!
Thought I'd throw in another post.
I can do virtually anything you'd ask of me, though certain deep and gruff voices can be difficult.
Whether it be natural or zany, I'd love to give it a go.
Check out my audio submissions for examples!

The only times I've heard this song is on Arrested Development, and I can only assume from this you're making a reference.

To that I say <3

It's a really, really popular song.
Definitely not my first assumption. Haha

Well I guess I have a dental appointment that day.
And I'm going to see Spamalot.
That's something, right?

Response to: Can anyone recommend a decent mic? Posted June 1st, 2013 in Audio

David's got you covered.
Yeah, the Pro I'd hardly any better, but with a huge add-on of price.
If you really want something better, buy an interface and get the Bluebird or something similar. It's a mic to brag about for sure, but the overall equipment cost is more than you should shell out unless you plan on making the money back with the recordings.
Blue Yeti, standard. I'll gladly help you get the best sound out of it!

Response to: Can anyone recommend a decent mic? Posted June 1st, 2013 in Audio

Honestly, good recording atmosphere and proper editing will go much farther than the mic.
The Blue Yeti will be more than sufficient for what you're after.

If and when you need super high quality recordings with an audio interface, you can look at other mics.
But if we're talking USB, the Blue Yeti is perfect.

I actually recorded everything but the last thing in this demo with the Blue Yeti:

  • Demo Reeeeeel
    Demo Reeeeeel by Himynameisjacob

My Blue Yeti broke. This is his story.

    Score
    4.33 / 5.00
    Type
    Voice
    Genre
    Voice Demo
    Popularity
    1,452 Views

However, I didn't know how to record properly, nor edit properly. If I knew what I do now, I could make it sing.

Message me if you ever need any help making your recordings crisp and clear! I'll tell you everything I know.

Also, he's 6'4 and at the time of that photograph benched 350 pounds.
For someone who isn't powerlifting, that's a damn good max.

I'm straight, I swears it.

Response to: Am I the the oldest here o.0 Posted May 30th, 2013 in General

Keep in mind that a great many of the veterans here were teenagers and young adults when they started, so many of us are older.
Personally I started playing poker with the big kids while I was still in diapers.
Well, I suppose I still am in diapers.
Plural because my big boy poops tend to bleed through just one pair.

Digressing.
I came around in '04 as a 9 year old piss-off. Now I'm a 17 year old piss-off. And to be honest, I'm still grouped in the younger crowd.
So it's nothing to be worried about, believe me.

It's been nearly a month. My heart is truly beginning to ache, JaShinYa. Truuuuly.
Nah, but I can't wait to see the results - nor the presentation! I'm glad this is going in the flash portal, since it will gamer a much larger crowd of views. Especially with known characters such as RicePirate aboard.
I hope to see it as soon as it surfaces!

Potato Salad was hilarious. It's actually amazing how great the quality of it was, considering it's not something they do often.
