Thanks man, much appreciated, you've been killing it with the characters especially Its always a treat when your posts pop up.
Here's a cat and a rat I drew yesterday I think I've found a pretty good direction for my comic but right now I'm jut getting more familiar with drawing scenes and doing these sort of one off ones is a lot of fun so expect a few more of these in the near future.
I drew something. Pens and markers.
I'm in, and alright with NSFW.
I've been scribbling a lot of things, here are the three best ones ( in the exact order I put them in)

Not much to say about this one, trying to get some motion into my figures. Keeping at it.
I'm also going to try to make a short comic this year (hence all of the scribbling) I don't know what it will be about. I'm really leaning toward something relating to the "Let's see Doctor" drawing up there, but I'm still trying to decide on not only content of the story but what kind of art style to go with. Either way I look forward to figuring it out and am going to try to stay disciplined on this and get something (not necessarily something awesome, just something) finished by halfway through the year at earliest.

I just realized I never said awesome job on my robot dude. I really like the shading technique on it.
Also here's your dude.

I use Prismacolor colored pencils frequently and they are great, I've never used Fabercastell before so I can't speak to their quality.
Honestly though if you're strapped for cash, or aren't well acquainted with colored pencils, Crayola is a very good brand as well and can yield some great results, if used right at least.

Mostly the no new characters thing, but it looks to be that has been fixed.

Did these two together. I have said it before and I'll say it again: the best pictures to post to this thread are full body drawings with a clear focus on the character.

Its looking pretty good, man definitely off to a strong start. Right now though he is incomplete, definitely give him some legs beyond the knees and he could use some ink and/or color to better show the outlines and give a richer, more complete, feel to the character as a whole. Also to better flesh out your concept draw him from multiple viewpoints and in varying poses to show his personality. And as a side note: when taking a picture of your work for others to critique don't have all of the supplies in the image, it looks sloppy and takes away focus from the character as well as takes up space that could be used to better show on the details on your drawing.
Keep up the good work

Then come up with a better name.
Okay so your series is obviously related to Microsoft outlook, the best thing you can do is incorporate the Microsoft logo into your logo and since they're buddies incorporate chummy looking graphics in there in someway. I see you're kind of doing that with the skewed letters but it can be greatly expanded on

2016 would definitely better for me if we're only planning one for the foreseeable future as I will be 21 and able to enjoy the East Coast to its fullest, that said if by popular demand we do it in 2015 I will do everything in my power to make it.
