In case of terrorist attack, climb into paper bag, and seal over head.

Seal with duct tape, no less! We've solved the problems of chemical war!

You can no more become a vigilante by playing video games than you can become an astronaut by watching Apollo 13 every hour of every day.

Spike, I'd be glad to join. You can never have too many atheists fighting the point against the people who think the invisble man in the sky is controlling every aspect of their lives.

Even if there were no organized religions, there would still be the same stuff on TV as there is now. Religion can have a lot of negative effects on a society, but for the most part a constructive (i.e. not violent and hateful) religion is good for the development of a civilization.

Religion in general is about crowd control. Keeping people in order by installing fears of going to a very hot, torturous place for all eternity if they fail to miss an office hour. Of course that was back in the day. Religion is now just a big moneymaking scam that we need to get rid of in a great renaissance of free thought and understanding that we can get along without all of it. The Bible, as I say, is just a myth. It's a book of stories to explain how human beings came to be before we knew about advanced sciences and physics. Now we have no need for the bible anymore, and need to dump it out the window to further our civilization.

It's still fine to molest children as long as you're a Catholic priest, though. Don't worry, they'll just transfer you to another church. Catholicism will be the first to fall.

Response to: Why not search the USA? Posted February 17th, 2003 in Politics

Let's call a spade a spade:

The United States is the superpower. No one is going to tell us what to do. If they do, we'll consider them hostile. I'm not going to bother giving resources, as anyone with a brain can already tell that the United States is undisputed in its military power. We're going to enforce things on others until we lose that power. That's the way it's been for a long, long time.

It's this kind of ignorance we could do without. As for legalizing medical marijuana? Sure. No problems by me. Of course I'm avoiding all of the legal and moral stuff, but just on opinion alone, go for it. We're headed down the tubes anyway.

Response to: IS FRANCE BEHIND THE US? Posted February 17th, 2003 in Politics

You know, either way you look at it, France is going to end up losing. If they keep away from the war (as we know they will, as they've said it so many times), they'll probably lose the contracts if a new regime comes in (as was said). If they go ahead with the war, they'll lose the contracts anyway. It shows you how much they're thankful that we came through and helped them with that little thing called LIBERATION. Oh well, I'm against the War on Iraq, too, but you don't see me standing up and sa...oh yeah, I do.

Response to: White America Posted February 17th, 2003 in Politics

There are always going to be ignorant people in the United States and in the world. It is the job of people who aren't, who see people for more than color and clothing, to make sure the ignorant never come to power like they have at times in the past. George Bush is ignorant to the fact that all middle-easterners aren't terrorists. This is the mistake we've made of letting people of ignorance lead us. It's refreshing, though, to know that there are some people that believe in equal rights and civil liberties. It's also very nice to know that a lot of the people who see the world as more than color come to newgrounds. They might make offensive shirts, but we all know it's just in good fun. At the end of the day, none of us go out and light crosses. I hope not.

Response to: Petition against war with iraq Posted January 31st, 2003 in Politics

George Bush is simply wanting revenge for 1991. We need to show him that he can't go around declaring war on people he has a personal issue against. Just watch the havoc that ensues.
