you can always just upload it to this thread so poeple can see if they can make something of it.

This is Cpt. Falcon by the way, This was colored, with color pencils.

it would help if you got some better pics of it.
Besides that it seems a bit sloppy; but that could be the photo. furthermore his right lower arm seems to be a bit short (i.e. get thin too quickly)

also i think i need to work on a bigger canvas size as this "pixel" effect keeps happening... or is that because im just print screening my work?

that might have to do with your zoom; unless you are at 12,5/25/50/100 etc % photoshops zoom is slightly distorted, so if you screenshot that you'll get the pixely effect. If you resize the thing before you screenshot or if you just export it you should be fine.

I'd stay away from mirroring faces; it's fine if you just mirror the sketch, but you're gonna want to have differences between the left and right half. other than that: what ornery said.
It looks like it could make for an interesting portrait; but I wouldn't say it's finished

If you have no clue who he is, then I recommend you visiting his page and have a look at some of them. In any case it's more geared towards the animation forum I'd say.
I have no problem with you hanging around the art forum, but please do keep in mind that it's an art forum focused on static 2d art. So far your posts haven't been awefully art-related.

That would prolly get abused a lot. Easiest is to just allow poeple if they post it in a thread when they aren't scouted.

WIP: prolly won't finish in time...

Or just do that and have the only effect be some butterfly flying up or w/e.... or just do the original theme, since the surprise is ruined now anyways

Excuse me if this is getting too much off-topic but I think some other poeple already hinted at that discussion and I guess the symbolism vs representation (prolly wrong terminology but w/e) has its place in an art forum.
This may be my non-religious side talking, but I don't see why you would want to depict Jesus as historically correct. Regardless of wether or not he did exist I'd say his value is in what he stands for. Your drawing isn't Jesus itself; it's a depiction of him, it's a reference to something.
When you focus so much on his contingent physical manifestation I'd say you are in risk of forgetting what it is that made him great. You seem to be idolizing him (in the negative sense).

you could maybe pick some darker shades of purple and yellow to keep away from the piss 'n pink scheme you've got going atm.
Also: you might want to look into the production methods of these shirts. oftentimes, gradients will look pretty bad in print.

Now you're talking about hiring. If "commercial" is an ambiguous term, hiring is not. Hiring involves pay.

If the work is commercial i expect that quality standard might be set higher then someone who has free work can offer.

So what are you saying here? you seem to be making the distinction between commercial and free work; so then commercial work does get paid?

Colorwise i'm guessing you want the hair to pop out. While the bright colors help; if you desaturate you see that the values of the hair pretty much just blend into the background; making the hair lighter or background darker could make it pop a bit more.
At the moment the areas of value contrast are his shoulders (and some parts of his hair) which shouldn't be the focal points.

anatomy wise I think his face is a bit small and too high up on his face, (or his jaw is too low). As someone else already mentioned his neck (especially the right side) seems too wide.

I'd like an EOW too; but it might be difficult to get many entries for that.
