I have seen movies on the portal for 3 days and still under judgement. Large file sizes are often skipped. Once a movie falls off the first page it becomes harder to find since the last update.

Click the Account settings Cog on your user interface. Then above all of the options to change your signature etc, you can vote on the monthly submissions "You have been invited to vote on the best of the month for May"

Meh; in 2004 I guess. I watched people make it in 8 months and then others not make it at all. There was a great deal of bullshit entering the portal for a long while and I rather hated it so I lost interest. Lately I have enjoyed watching all the stuff come in. And the fanboys of Bitey have let up with their downvoting of good stuff to keep Adam Phillips on top. All things right themselves eventually.
I had hoped for a better vote power tho. Currently its only 14.58 votes. I hoped it would go at least to 15. Perhaps with the next level :-)

It still works. You just have to make sure that you are voting on five submission in a NG day (12:00 AM EST to 11:59 PM EST). I usually vote on more than just five to make double sure that my Exp is being deposited.

After you vote on five go to "community" then rankings, then "deposits to make sure your name is in the recent list of people who deposited. And just so you know, if you just go thru and randomly vote without watching at least a good bit of the movies/games you are voting on, it won't give you credit for your vote. At least that has been my experience so far.

In the meantime; I managed to reach level 50 in the last few days +_^
