Well, I was originally on deviantART, but then my friend told me that NG was better. He was right, but I didn't know that yet. So anyway, I made an account, and submitted a short flash. BLAM!

So I was obviously very depressed about this, so I quit for a while, whilst making a magnificent flash. I then submitted it to dA, and had a sudden urge to submit it to Newgrounds. It was a massive success, achieving a fantastic score of, uh, 1.86..But it was enough to get me hooked..

Adobe Flash CS4 Get the free 30-day trial first.
LiveSwif A free Flash-like program, but it's way worse.
Pivot Stickfigure Animator A free stickfigure animator. Only exports as GIFs though, and is very bad. OK for beginners though..
Pencil Don't know much about it, but I think it's free.
KoolMoves Free trial
ToonBoom Used less for internet animation, more for TV.

There are many 'Request' threads, in terms of certain things..For example, sigs, reviews, art, and many more..

It is impossible to delete your reviews. However, you can try PMing a review moderator, and if you ask nicely, he might delete it for you..

Just wondering, how many of you actually use the
NG Log List Maker, and how many of you make the list yourself?

It's nice, but in my opinion, the spacing is too wide. I'd have liked to see them bunched closer in..

We did actually have one a few years ago.

I'm assuming that the gain is taken from the previous rosters, and not from some other source..All those 35 B/P points I gained yesterday was for nothing..:(

So, I got up this morning, went on to my e-mail, saw I had a new buddy request. I went on to Newgrounds, looked at the request, and found that it was TomFulp. I copied the text into the address bar, to check that it was definately him, and not someone who has a similar name, like TomFuIp, but no, TomFulp indeed...

Do you think his account was hacked? Did anybody else get this>

Here's a list of Flash-like programs. Most of them are trials, but some are free...

I must say, the use of pencil for outlining did not go down well in my camp, This picture took at least 5x longer than it would have if the outlines had been done in brush..

I've got to hand it to this club, even in the one day I've been here, it has already improved my B/Ping habits. The simple introduction of light competition has caused me to go on a "B/P Spree", and I have knocked up about 20 points, which, even though it is a relatively small number, is far more than I've ever managed in a day, bar special occasions, ie, Clock Day. This is taken straight out of the FAQ:

Q: What if a movie is removed because it is stolen, malicious, or unsuitable?
A: Users who voted 0-1 on a deleted submission while it was under judgment still get a Blam point.

I'm pretty sure that that means "If you vote 0 on a submission, whilst under judgment, and it gets through, you don't get a point, even if it is deleted that same day"

On a side note, has anyone looked at the front page's top five? There is something weird going on. The first place submission on the top five has been blammed. How is that possible? Maybe I am wrong, so go and check it out!

Yeah, as perect-insanity mentioned, it was spam, but it seems odd that it started off with such a high score..I know that members of the DD probably mass voted, but even still, it got a very high score considering, as most 'spam' submissions only get around 1.80 and below..

However, by the next day, it was back down to 1.81, I think..
