Sex should be illegalized.

18 pages of horny NGers deriding and insulting Newbery Medal winner Linda Sue Park for acting like a lesbian feminazi for trying to take away their sex. Lol, only on NG.

Response to: energy drink VS soda Posted August 8th, 2007 in General

Energy drinks, and by extension, people that drink them, suck.

You could dissolve a caffeine tablet and a multivitamin in battery acid, and call it an energy drink, and people would lap it up.

Nope. Made it specifically for this post.

I use text images like that to convey symbols and text that couldn't otherwise be conveyed. Here's another example:

That's far too big for my purposes. Someone should make a "NG in a Box" in a Box.

However, how is data accumalated? By experience.

Some of it is. But the difference is, it's an amalgamation of thousands of experiences, not just yours and a couple of people you know. Moreover, the data that do rely on people's experience is usually less accurate than that of "hard" data--counts, scientific numbers, etc. That's why exit polls can differ wildly from the election's actual returns.

I should add that, if you present enough hard data, you assume an air of experience. If you're able to cite every one of your assertions with data and facts, you look like an expert on the subject.

And besides, when someone tells you their experience with something, they could always be lying. There's no way to prove, disprove, or rebut it, making invalid as evidence.

Simple. Voting Power. They want to build up experience so they can build up their power.

And while they may not post frequently, who's to say they aren't lurking.

Some of them are watching you post right now.

Lol. I like how the NG mag is just a couple of abandon houses over in the middle of nowhere.

You should make something Newgrounds shaped, though. Like a railroad in the shape of "NG" or a lake shaped like the tank logo.

Unless you insert dna into an already living organism. Is that possible?

You would have to insert the DNA into all of the cells of that organism. Cloning is done at the fertilization stage because the DNA only has to be inserted into one cell. The more cells there are, the harder it would be. It would be impossible in practice to insert enough DNA into a living, grown or adolescent, or even baby human to make any sort of genetical difference.

Well, opinions are like butts, everyone has one.

Back when I first started here on this site, I made a couple of audios and submitted them to the audio portal. They're not astounding-they're not really all that good, to be honest. One of them may cause serious brain damage if you were to listen to it. But I did it because I felt that I would be looked down upon if I didn't have anything to contribute.

As I spent more time on the website though, I began to realize that the validity of your opinions is what counted, not the amount of flash or what not you may have.

You don't have to create flash to realize what's good and bad. Your mindset is the same as a person, who when faced with a logical, honest, constructive criticism of their flash, goes "Flash by XXXXXX: -none-".

It's also a very condescending mindset, that just because someone doesn't bother to throw together a quick, crappy flash, their opinions can be ignored or downplayed, regardless of their validity.

Response to: The S-1105 (gay protection bill) Posted August 6th, 2007 in Politics

I find it so ironic that a black preacher is complaining about hate crimes bills. If they're so prohibitive against free speech, why don't we repeal the ones protecting blacks?

The slope that, because Australia and Sweden supposedly have laws against hate speech, that this bill will do it too, despite absolutely no provision in the bill for it, is so slippery that scientists should be looking into it as a replacement for teflon in non-stick cookware.

Well, now that you mention it, there is a Sam's Club just up the interstate a piece. It wouldn't hurt to to check, what with Lowe's (and every other employer in this town) jerking me around like this.

When I went out looking for a job back during 2003, I put in at least 90 applications before I lost count. Of those 90, only Sam's Club called me back. And at this time of year, when students picking up summer jobs head back to school, and as the sales start picking up coming out of the summer, it's probably one of the better times to look.

If you can-get an overnight shift. You get paid more, and you don't have to deal with customers.
Hm... it would be interesting to meet the kind of folks who would shop at a Sam's Club at 2 in the morning.

That's the thing--there aren't any! They're only open from 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
