That's what I've considered. But I really want to do something innovative. Another problem is that I just can't think up my own style that is good so I think I will have to do that at first.

With each movie that I make I get a very mixed response. some people like it some people hate it. Some people like the style but thought the movie's plot was good. And some people absolutely love it.
And it's pretty much the same response I get to every movie I make. So I wonder If I'm making any progress. The problem is that I just don't know how to get better. One problem is that I don't get enough criticism so It's not easy knowing whether or not the general public will like it. I want to be good and successful but in a good way. With my own original stuff. But I'm so lost about what to do.

What exactly Does it take to post on the front page? It's not listed anywhere in the FAQ what it takes. I thought all you needed was an award at first. But I've seen people with certain awards not have that ability. Also some audio artists can post on the front page. This is very confusing and I wish there was some place that described this better.

I know how to make an object dragable. But how can I code it so it can't be dragged it a specific direction. That way I could use it as a menu scroller.

Listen I can see you really want to do this. But repeatedly asking for help won't get you anywhere.

My advice: Work a little on your own before getting into collaborative effort. Once you build up a good reputation you will probably be able to find someone that will want to work with you. Other wise don't even try.
Also join a flash communtiy. They help you learn what you need to learn about animating plus you can get a bunch of sweet hook-ups from the other community members.
