Are male genital piercings still legal there?

I'll never understand why anyone gives a shit about what people do to themselves. What possible benifit could passing such a law have? And what are the chances of anyone who wants a genital piercing giving a shit whether it's legal or not?

And why am I even getting aggitated by this? I should be used to our governement wasting time and money outlawing things that they don't like. You know what? I don't like mushrooms. I never have and never will, they disgust me. Maybe I can get a law passed banning mushrooms, then the world would be a better place. I want my children to grow up in a mushroom-free America.
