Thumb seems to have an extra bone in it, it's too long at the end, and the fingers should gradually get smaller as you reach the pinky. Right now it looks like the pinky is swollen/huge. More intense shadows, and a better pattern going up the arm wouldn't hurt. The slashed on the arm makes it look like a cutter. Otherwise, nice pic of a hand holding a pencil :|
