I need some more advise before I can start making Madness Combat AV (anime version) manga. Comments please :)

You can create a better picture on MS Paint other than this, just master the Curve line. Check my profile> Art, and see what you can do with ONLY PAINT ;) Here's an example:

This is for the completion of Krinkels' Madness Combat 10: Abrogation. This whole picture took me a total of 21 hours and 25 minutes to complete. When I see the Madness Day drawing contest thread, I thought of this, think it might be good enough to participate in this contest. Also, something that is worth mention, I am going to draw Madness Combat AV (Anime Version), making the original MC series into a series of manga, AND SPREAD THE MADNESS IN ASIA!

I've just summited the picture...why can't I see it on the Art Portal? And it says 'This user has not been scouted'...What does that means??
