I like to think I've improved.
I guess it depends on where you live, but the tap water where I am is pretty much equal to the bottled which is good since I pretty much only drink water.
I only buy bottled water when I need something to-go.

My bad, I messed that up.
I am aware that this issue is more comparable to smokers but i strongly feel that this issue is being addressed in a manner similar to shaming someone because their religion isn't the same as their own.
I don't see how? On a global scale, there are wars and death threats being exchanged over incompatible religions. I don't have any personal experience with religion being shamed or looked down upon unless it's shifted to extremism, so I'm not gonna make any claims there.
People still need to keep their noses out of other people's business.
I think if the goal is to help then it's not a bad thing to encourage a healthier lifestyle to others. Again, as with my example above, I'll mention to my friends I wish they wouldn't smoke but I'm not going to pester them day and night about it. I also wouldn't give any random stranger I see smoking a lecture about the risks.

I'd argue eating unhealthy and choosing to watch TV over jogging is a choice of lifestyle. At least a more active choice than sexual orientation and skin colour ...

I think it's a good thing to care enough about your friends to tell them without being an ass. For example, a while ago a few of my friends started smoking and I'd tell them that I hoped they wouldn't start chain smoking and develop an addiction. Not being uptight or a jerk about it, just pointing it out.
There are quit-smoking groups, and there are lose-weight groups. Both damage the persons health, and is a minor inconvenience for the people nearby (Smoking perhaps a bit more). The same arguments for not shaming obese people could be used for smoking as well.
Besides, smoking is a better comparison than paedophilia ..
While I think people should strive to keep their body healthy, it should be noted that there can be certain medical conditions that come into play. In some cases, they have signs of addiction. In other cases, the feeling of fatigue can make people seek out "quick-fixes" like a chocolate bar, or microwave pizza.
My point is, there can be pre-determined medical conditions that indirectly cause obesity. I don't think these cases represent anywhere near the majority of obese people, although it is worth mentioning that people like this will be treated on line with everyone else if the social stigma is to shame obesity more than today.

Size specs?

I think it looks really cool at that size, but if you're planning on it being used at its original size, I'm afraid lots of the detail will be almost invisible. You might wanna bump up the contrast in his face to prevent that.

There's lots of cool stuff here, here, and probably lots of other places.
Have at it!
Put up a bedtime for you to follow religiously to set your sleep cycle.
Avoid using a monitor the last hour or so before going to bed, to calm down your eyes and prepare to sleep. (alt: use f.lux)
Don't eat too much before attempting to sleep. Too much food means your body goes overdrive to process it.
Also, generally drink lots of water instead of soda or juice or whatever.
Hanging castle.
It's not even connected to the cliff what was I thinking!
You should see a therapist, rather than trying to self-diagnose with or without help from the internet.
Chances are you find something in this thread to compliment a pre-determined thought resulting in confirmation-bias.
If you can't for economical reasons, I'm sure there are support groups. Otherwise, seek professional help.
This is just kind of uninteresting.

I don't know what you're trying to say, if you could post a screenshot we might have a better chance of finding your problem.

My freedom of expression.
Might not be expensive as much as valuable.
If I'm bored is generally because I'm tired of doing the same stuff I've been doing to fight boredom. So the answer is do something fresh, or interesting.
You mentioned you've been spending your time working on making games? I'm assuming that means working in flash, part-time animating, part-time programming? Perhaps it could be interesting getting into making background music for your projects? Pick up a guitar and write a song. Get yourself a keyboard and some software and start making loops. Maybe you want to delve in art forms, and ways to make your game more visually appealing. Pick up a pencil and start drawing, emulate your favourite artists style. Maybe you want to make the gameplay and replay-value of your game better. Start finding games you like and analyze their gameplay, why it works, and how you can apply it to your own game.
You make your own happiness, and things are as fun as you make it. I'd suggest find a goal that keeps you occupied for a while, but not something so far away it becomes abstract. I find the goal "I will make a game" a bit to far away to reach, and personally I find smaller goals easier and much more rewarding to reach.
"I will discover good game mechanics and figure how to apply them to my game",
"I will define the personality of the character in my game",
"I will find a way to convey the mood of my game in the music I make"
All of the above can be interesting little projects to work on and I figure they can be fun ways to spend your time.

I like that you simplified the logo a bit, but I'm sure you can do it even simpler while keeping most of its original expression - I would recommend redrawing it all the way from the beginning though.
I went ahead and did a few rough sketches to show what I mean. Notice how the design gets simpler to the right, the idea is that you can keep your logo flexible and recognizable. The stencil-esque ones can easily be adapted to say, user images or stand-alone buttons.
I'd like to see some sketches of the logo rather than presenting what is closer to a finished version of the banner. You can worry about the banner specifically later, it might be best to clear up your logo first.
Note that these are just quick sketches, and in no way intended to be used as reference, I'm much more interested in seeing what you can come up with yourself.
