Hi SnakeSkull. You sure have improved A LOT in 2 years since the low quality ms paint pics that you used to make back then. However you still got some issues to work with, since they keep on showing up in your pics from one to another. While some of the pics are good. I agree with most of the people here, you need more anatomy study. And id also like to see you do more pencil pics, in full body size. That way you get a better understanding of shading and designing. Dont literally force yourself to draw, it could create frustration inside of you. Just relax and dont give your brain a chance to kick in while doodling. When you think its done, THEN take a good look at your doodle. Anything wrong with it, learn and take notes of what you dont like and then you start over. Dont think. Just keep the pencil moving and sketch. A face, a hand, an eye, whatever that comes in to mind. Dont aim too high though on what to challenge yourself with.

Anyways your ms paint pics look a lot better than before the last time i tuned in here. You sure like to draw random aspects, especially yourself. Oh well, just dont forget to put same amount of effort on practicing on humans like you do when drawing yourself. I wish you further good luck. Nice progresses so far. Congrats. :)

In all honesty, i think Captain-Ben is one of the most logical minded art forum regs ive noticed lately. Listen to him because thats real talk. Also he has already taken the words out of my mouth lmao.

Like he said its not downright bad, but it definitely needs to be improved. There is always room for improvements. Me myself, im obsessed with getting better that i tend to beat myself down a lot. But uh you shouldnt do that though, you should still have self criticism and go through the mistakes of your pic. The best thing you could do for now though, is to find your own way of drawing. Put together a style from different influences and shit. Really depends on what style youre aiming for. If its cartoony (caricature, regular toons, comical etc), the proportions can be over exaggerated. To an extent though. If you aim for things like anime or realism, you should study human anatomy and its proportional pin points. And you can also try mashing together 2 different styles like cartoon and realism and see what you can make out of it, and develop it. In that case you would still need to study the basics of drawing people etc. I hope you know where im gettin to. Good luck. :)
