I'm 4'8" with flats on. Based on the sample picture and material type, I'm afraid if I bought a small it would not be form fitting and end up looking frumpy with a scrunched-up, over-sized waist-line just like it does on the model.

If there isn't a local vendor crew that already has that territory claimed or if the local gangs don't demand "rent" from you, then that's actually a really good idea. Vendors in good locations make way more money than I do, especially if they don't report their income to the IRS. Just make sure you look young so the police won't fine you for vending without a permit.

They're not very pretty though, and the smallest size they come in is small (which really isn't that small). If they came in XS or XXS and came in nicer colors than hot pink then they might be worth buying. Also, the "cami straps" look sloppy, especially with the cotton material.
The shirt Dan's modeling looks really nice in terms of color choice and design, but its not worth paying full price for something that you're going to cut apart and alter.

No, if it were a Japanese word, it would follow the rules for pure vowels for Romanized writing and say "Nay-Nay". It would need to be spelt nini in order for it to say "nee-nee"

It could still be interpreted as "nee-nee" if you were thinking of the old 2nd grade open syllable rule.

Sadly, I can't afford to buy the plaque

My little brother (now 24) used to get letters like this in the mail starting when he was about 5 years old. They claimed his teacher entered his writing in a contest and he had won. These scams have been around forever. They tell you that you've won something and then you pay to have your work published or to buy the award that you "won."

Topic: What should I do with my hair?

Posted: 01/25/08 09:36 PM

Your hair would look better straight than it does naturally if you washed, conditioned, and brushed it regularly. It looks too oily in the top picture which makes it unattractive. Long hair on males only looks nice if they maintain it properly.
I'm not really a fan of chemically altered hair, so two better options, in my opinion, rather than going to a salon and having it straightened would be:
-grow your hair longer so its own weight naturally makes your hair straighter
-comb your hair immediately after washing it and periodically as it air drys (do not blow dry); this will prevent it from puffing up like it does in the lower picture

Yeah, I see kids fall asleep every day. I usually let the kids sleep and toss a blanket on them, unless its time to leave or time for lunch.

No, assuming you were both adults when you met, I would say this sounds normal.

This is the part that makes you seem weird:

She... is exactly six years older than me

and your profile says you're 18.
You started dating a 17 year old when you were 11?

I don't wash it everyday; it's not really good for your hair to wash it frequently. I also prefer to bathe at night.

I haven't had my hair cut in about 18 years.

Long hair > short hair because it saves time and money. I can roll out of bed and have my hair done in less than 10 seconds and never have to pay someone to "fix" it.

The only downside to long hair is that it clogs the vacuum bristles; I do spend time trimming that hair.

Good, that means it's easy for you to qualify for a subsidized federal student loan. Just take the money, attend inexpensive schools, and then pay it back immediately after you get a higher paying job. You don't need to worry about interest if you take care of your bills immediately after finishing each degree.

8:00am - kids come in and bug me for 7 hours straight, then more kids bug me after school

11:30 - there is probably a two minute interval about now where no kid is bugging me. I'm probably in the restroom.

6:00pm - I turn out the lights, kick all the remaining kids out of my room, and drive home
