It's definitely Star Wars: Rebel Assault II: The Hidden Empire on the original Playstation for me.

This rail-shooter was very fun, the first shooting game I ever played in my life.

SMC, I posting to express my wish for there to be an "honorable mention" for each user award. I believe the winners should be congratulated, even the worst poster, but the user that came close to winning the award should also be highlighted for their efforts.

Just a suggestion I hope will be implemented. Please consider it.

America needs F-22's.

Though they are Cold War Relics, they are very critical in keeping America the world's most superior military power.

These F-22's are not very practical, yet their symbolism and influence defends our national pride and security against other nations and their military's. America is always one step above, and this aircraft is more than two steps above every other aircraft in the whole entire history of military aviation.

China is becoming a world power, so we need F-22's to show them that we will crush them in air superiority any day.

Well I thought that this was very recent and big news. So I assumed if it was so significant that such a thread would already be in the frontpage.

There's one other thread, but just one other.

I guess no one here is excited for Medal of Honor.

My favorite MMO ever. Also a very amazing sandbox game.

Most of you will probably hate it, but you guys should seriously try it. UrbanDead is the most fun, extensive, and amazing text based RPG ever.

I'm actually in the Army Control Corps in this game, a clan made up of military focused users. We're taking out zeds (zombies) out of neighborhoods in a suburb called Millen Hills, re barricading homes, defending malls.

I'm heavily biased, but I truly believe Modern Warfare 2 is a must buy.

Graphics are top notch, the story mode is very exciting (though very unrealistic), the guns are impressive, multiplayer has heavily expanded, there's so much amazing parts of this game.

I love it, so far my most favorite game to play ever.

Wow, it's true.

Medal of Honor is having a complete reboot.

This classic WW2 shooter has moved on to the modern day warfare of predator drones and laser sights.

It's the end of the WW2 era. On with the fierce Modern Warfare competition.

Finally there's a true competitor to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

DICE is going to develop the multiplayer, a very wise move.

Medal of Honor's devs will focus completely on producing an immersive single player experience.

I hope this shooter is way longer than Call of Duty's short campaign modes.

I really hope that realism is a huge part of the game.

Finally in Afghanistan, shooting up actual Taliban militants.

Good move Medal of Honor.

You thoughts?

I beat the game on Veteran by the way, pretty damn easy.

I'm okay with riot shields and javelins, but the stinger missiles are way too overpowered. Plus akimbo Model 1807's are really annoying. They should not have added akimbo into the game.

Also this was the easiest Call of Duty game to beat on veteran. I've never ran into a single situations in the game where all my adrenaline and focus was pumped to the limit like Call of Duty 2 and Call of Duty 4.

However, Modern Warfare 2 still remains fresh on the good old Xbox 360.

I want to perform some sort of combat duty, and I think this or joining Air Force Security Forces is good.

Being with friends who truly care for you is the best cure.

Get friends who are positive, caring, and like-minded people. Friends you can freely talk about ANYTHING about, friends who laugh along even when you do stupid things, friends who don't backstab you.

Negative people can really bring you down. Good friends are one of the main aspects of happiness in life.

Topic: Black Friday Choices

Posted: 11/25/09 11:48 PM

Forum: Video Games

Black Friday is coming in basically a day, and I have three titles to choose from at Best Buy.

Fifa 10
Dragon Age: Origins
Brutal Legend

They're all on sale for $34.99.

Well, I love soccer and I always wanted a new Fifa title that's newer than my only sports game, Fifa 06: Road to World cup that came bundled with my 360. Fifa 10 looks sleek and fun. Ball control is a lot smoother.

Dragon Age: Origins is highly acclaimed. After seeing those commercials on ESPN, and great reviews in Gamespot, I thought of this game as a good title. However it's not really my type of game, more of my RPG and fantasy genre loving brother. A title I could possibly enjoy though.

Brutal Legend. I heard it's great, but it's short and no one in my friends list basically plays it, other than Chiklay (I think??)

All three are good games. Which one should I get?

Topic: Call Of Duty?i Say Call Of Campers!

Posted: 11/24/09 12:08 AM

Forum: Video Games

There's many counters.

Riot Shields protect you as your approach campers.

Predator missiles slam them from anywhere outside.

GRENADES, frags kill from a distance at multiple angles, flash bangs and stun grenades disorient campers. Semtexes do even MORE damage, a camper's nightmare. They have a huge explosive radius (from my experience), they are not pickupable, so the camper will scramble out into the open and you kill them with your firearm (or throwing knife if you're feeling fly).

There's a thing called a kill cam for a reason.

Coordinating assaults is now even easier with the help of blocked party chat. There's more teammembers to warn and take out the campers cooperatively.

Use grenade launchers for safety and effectiveness.

Kick some butt, don't whine. Modern Warfare 2 is an excellent game if you're and optimist. Cynicism ruins any video gaming experience, plus noobage (which you exemplify).

I'm slightly disappointed. I was looking forward to Facebook, Twitter, Last.FM on 360 for a long time.

I signed into XBL with my true birthday and everything, so I'm under 18 at the moment. Yet they restricted social networking access for "child accounts" That's stupid because Facebook's minimum sign up age if 14.

Well I just have to wait for Microsoft to release it to child accounts by patching in parental controls for Facebook. Or I just wait until I'm 17, prbly when the 360 will die with the coming of the next next gen.
