Well, for one, and keep in mind, this is KIND OF a personal thing for me, I don't like the stick-figure style. It just does not work for me.

Oh srry I was thinking that the story was said by someone that replied to your forum. Srry. ;) Forget what I said earlier. So your wanting a cartoonish kind of character like what you have, just not the stick figure style?

This plot and description sounds like something that would come out of Gainax's studios. However, instead of a super-simple art style, try something more dynamic, yet retain that child-like appearance of your character. What I would also suggest is doing multiple drawings of the character, including different poses, some sample comics and material to establish his plot, and some additional artwork to really get this concept going.

This is all assuming he likes this story plot and game character. Personally I like it, but I also agree that the character can be altered in some way for the better.

Yup. I know its gonna take a lot of practice and thats why I'm looking forward to my tablet. Im drawing nonstop at times! Feel free to drop some artwork down!

I look at everyones art… and its amazing! I look at my art… and i cry!! DX Granted, i don't have my tablet yet but when I do ill put serious time into my artwork. But seriously, tell your story and how YOU became awesome or tips you learned on the way to being the best you can be!

Hey I just wanted to say that im going to be in the same boat as you in maybe a week. I say in a week or two because soon I hope to get a tablet. I know its not needed but im spoiled by it when I am in class. I do not draw a lot unfortunately but REALLY want to be a great artist and will be submitting artwork I believe is worthy ;) I just made this account today thanks to Jazza.
