When you say sketchpad do you mean a tablet?

Try a wacom bamboo tablet with the pen, it is very good and only 70$

I'd suggest getting a wacom bamboo tablet and I don't think the touch ability is for drawing so you might as well get the one for 70 dollars.

You can start with 5,if you get better you could buy a higher version of flash if you want.

Well what I do is export it as a quicktime and convert it to a hd avi with a converter, but the converter cost money. Here's a trial of it

Go to Insert on the toolbar on the top of flash and you'll see insert scene

You can also go into windows on the tool bar go down and you'll see other panels and click on scene panel or press Shift+F2
