Why this distinction?

The reality is, is that black people are more likely to commit violent crimes than white people. I read somewhere that 50-60% of the homicides are committed by African-Americans, when they make up 13% of the US population. Even on the most liberal news site, Huffington Post, their comments were still disowning black Americans by saying "it's time black people need to raise their children properly" with even black people saying that themselves. Look at USA Today's comments too.

However, that doesn't give anybody the right to generalize or racially profile someone. I'm just saying that there's a reason why people think that certain group is more likely to cause problems in society, but it's still wrong to generalize a whole race of people just because a fraction of people in that particular race is out committing violent crimes all the time.

The only blacks you should really be worried about are the ones with strange names. You never hear about some black man named Steve or Richard or Jonathan committing these murders. They always have insane names like Kenan or Tyrese or Rotodactylneequia.

The black kid involved in the shooting of the Australian baseball player is named James, so it's not always true that the Lavontes or Jasquashuses are committing them.

Loved the Flash movies when I first came in late 2004 and early 2005. I liked the Star Syndicate and Clock Crew's movies, and I also enjoyed the Pube Muppet series a bit, and then I made some Barney Bunch-related movies back then with some other people.

Uh. Kids can't buy guns in the US. As far as I know, you have to 18 to purchase a shotgun, and 21 to buy a handgun, but I can't say I'm all that familiar with the gun purchasing process, but as a 19-year-old myself, I know that I can't legally purchase a handgun in my state.

They can get the guns from their parents or buy one illegally off the streets, but any responsible parent should keep a gun locked in a safe and away from children unless the kid needs it for hunting.

The random Oklahoma murder of the baseball player from Melbourne, Australia, allegedly done by 3 teens, was bad enough, but this is just more disturbing. An 88-year-old World War II veteran was beaten to death in Spokane, Washington, allegedly by two teenagers. The motive is practically the same as the Oklahoma shooting, where it was just a man picked at random and "for fun." The 88-year-old man was just out playing pool.
