If you're thinking of playing on another realm... Do it now, fast, before you get to lvl 70 and regret it.
I started playing Alliance, and all the people I know went and played horde, I didn't think it was a big deal, till we all hit lvl 70 and I couldn't raid with them and so on :( Same thing happened with an old friend of mine who was on another realm.

You can switch from a PVP realm to a PVE realm but not from PVE to PVP, which is so lame >.<

Meh, they just want more people in their guild, it happens tons when you start playing, lots of new lowbie guilds looking for new members... What you can do is just join, then disable your guild chat :P
That way when someone sees you in a guild they won't be asking if you want to join! But anyway, I've found that leveling while in a guild is slower than leveling alone, since theres a lot of guild talk, events, or whatever... Buuut, when you're out of leveling phase you will want to look for a guild, cause if you're interested in raiding, then a good guild is what you will need! :O
