What I say you should do is download Macromedia Flash. Doesn't matter wich version and from there you practise yourself forward. I can say the basics.

The small boxes up there lined after each other is called frames. One frame is 0.1 second.
So if you draw wheel in one frame. Then move it in the other, and so on. To simply change frame use F6 New frame but keep drawings from the old frame. Or F7 New blank frame.

I've been having problems with a lot of flash movies lately. I can't figure out how to zoom, using motion tween and expand the picture will only bring glitches. So I ask you, is there an easy way to zoom in macromedia flash?
