Allright dude I"ll try to offer some criticism.
it's already been said but your hands aren't that tiny. Hands are about as big as your face. Tiny hands look absolutely terrible, it's better to acidentally draw them too big than too small.
Also, your poses seem REALLY static, I don't really know how to describe it other than that. They just seem really stiff. Try making poses that flow, and have a sense of elegance, right now they're rigid like robots.
Anyways, there not bad, I've seen worse. You're off to a good start. (:
