It says taskmngr.exe Is infected. It doesent start, I've tried it before. That's why I know it's fake...task manager isn't infected....

I need help getting rid of a virus.. I know this probably isn't the right place to be posting this but I don't know where to go. I'm on my iPod touch posting this because my comp is fucked with that virus. The virus is something like 217837.exe and I don't know how I got it... When I turn my computer on 2 antivirus programs pop up that I've never downloaded.. I can't open anything but firefox but I can't do anything because of THIS PROGRAM IS INFECTED pop ups from the fake anti virus programs. I have my comp and Internet unplugged so the virus doesent get any info and doesent spread. So if anyone can tell me how to get rid of this shit I will give you a muffin.
