As much as I enjoyed the first 2 I dont think they deserved it.

The Crew Talks art was my favorite out of all the submissions this year, really made me giggle

Topic: A question about Wacom Cintiq~

Posted: 12/29/08 07:02 PM

Forum: Where is / How to?

It all depends on wether you have a multi-monitor setup, for example.

I know a friend who has a Cintiq and it on a stand inbetween his legs in a certain position so that he can look onto his other monitor frequently to see the full scaled image without causing a neck ache. Just plan out how exactly you are going to be using the Cintiq and work from there.

You can tune in using most popular media players.

If you use players such as VLC or Winamp you can go to this link http://216.66.69.90:6870 and click listen.
Itunes should work also

A file document which has more than 12,000 characters is under 150kb
You are restricted to 6000 characters per PM this would therefore make a PM less than 75kb each.

That means you could hold more than 14 PM's before you reach 1mb.
A single hard drive could hold all of the Pm's on the site

[20:10] swaenkmonsta: is there any way you can view sent messages on NG
[20:11] floppydisc lock: no.... thats really fucking retarded

Wouldn't it be really handy if we could view messages we had sent to other users?
I don't know why this has been put off for so long or if the staff are even planning to include this in the future. To me and most probably all of the NG user base would find this pretty useful.

Now lets all share reasons to the NG Staff as to why this should be implemented.

I drew this awhile back but forgot to upload this so yeah here you do.

swf of image can be found below.

octopus.swf

Program used: Flash 8 - Brush, Selection and Line Tool
Time taken: About 25 minutes - creating the rough outline then making a smart line which is then followed by redrawing the image over with a line tool + bending lines and making them look smoothly connected.
Equipment: Mouse - Microsoft Laser Mouse 6000

So during the week a friend asked me to draw her, and after uploading to myspace for them another friend noticed the drawing and asked me to make one for them. After a while I had drawn about 7 people.

So I decided I might aswell upload them for you guys to see and give some criticism on them.

Sorry if the picture is bad quality, you can alternatively view a swf of the images from the link below and use all that fancy zoom stuff.
http://www.b3ta.cr3ation.co.uk/data/swf/
dd.swf

Program used: Flash 8 - Brush, selection and Bucket Paint bucket Tool
Time taken: About 20 minutes per picture, that includes doing a rough outline a smart line then having to smooth and make ends near and pointy.
Equipment: Mouse - Microsoft Laser Mouse 6000
