you guys still didn't figure it out. The "Happy Birthday" wasn't written by the azn person lady. Look at how crappy "Michail" is written in comparison to the other words.

It is still possible that the mentally handicapped person who wrote the name misspelled it; or your mom has a shite shorthand (like most women do) so it's all her fault; or the decorator just fails at typography

When including a picture, read the comment: "File must be a .gif or .jpg and no larger than 150k, and must not exceed 599px wide by 700px tall." and see if your file is less than that.

save or export as a JPG. GIFs only let you use 256 (i think) colors, whereas JPGs let you use more.
