It's ok, but the biggest problem when I look at it is the colors don't really mix with the painting, and the face looks a little too big. Look at where the glasses are resting on. Is the ear really that high up?

well if they're just taking other people's ideas, then first of all, they're not hackers at all. They're just plain assholes.
The people who do hack (actually put effort into coding and such) probably see it as an accomplishment to their hard work.
