Stevie Ray Vaughn and Duane Allman are good, but Jimi was good in 1960-1970 (Death) while Duane was only good in 69-71 and Stevie was active in the 80s. Which is why he's considered "The Best" since he was "The First". Almost all guitarists are good, even recent ones (Tom Morello) Jimi just started the trend.
