I don't think the face is painted by you. The nose looks too good together with the eyes and the mouth, and looking at your artwork, your nose and lip drawing is unique, but this...
I suppose you just took a picture and used the smudge tool to make it look like it's painted (that's what Escalus said) and then you colored the eyes white and put some blood effects near the mouth.
Also, this artwork looks like you just smudged over a picture, because the hair is unfitting.
Now: Is that what I and Escalus said true?

No its not i painted this, i swear i cant do hair, the program i use doesn't have the brushes i need to do good hair.

Not really slums but have you been to Saleford, St Pauls, Some parts of Mersey side, most parts of Manchester.
