In my town every tuesday the juggalos of the city hang out at our towns sundial. they just sit there talk laugh smoke act like kids and call eachother kinky names. (Snugglebutt, gizmo, peanutbutter) Ive met more then enough people who love to just go to the sundial just to beat peoples asses. lol...thats not what im discussing. im asking if anyone knows of any programs that could help. wether or not i actually do use torrent is really none of your business. And if its a program thats free. well heck i guess you got your answer.

Im currently using Fruity loops 9 and im finding it doesnt have as many sounds that id like it too. Nor can i find a website with free instrumental sounds. Maybe i dont know enough about this program but if anyone knows any programs that can help me create instrumentals i would appreciate it. Complexity isnt a problem, free would be nice but hey...torrent exists... i just want a program that most people use that would help me actually do what i want.

I'm using Switch Sound File Converter, which just converts it to .mp3 as far as i know. I can change Bitrate (kbps) and thats about that allows me to do. If you have a program anyone can recommend? Anything would help i guess, anything to help me convert of figure the settings. I do have a wavepad sound editor. Which is only really used for giving the audio effects. And gives me the same settings as the converter does. as far as i know it only does that.

I've been trying to submit audio recordings i did by myself with my mp3 player. They are saved as Wav. I converted them to mp3. But i still need to convert it to 44.1 kHz which i need help to do so if any of you guys know anything that would help alot.

More info that might help is when i submit the audio it says its invalid so my only guess to why it would be like that is because its not 44.1 kHz.

The one thing ive never understood with non smokers is how they bitch about it. Why do you even care? you dont smoke and honestly..every smoker can agree that i dont care if you dont like the smell i do! i noticed plenty of non smokers seem to be little babies when it comes to smoking and want people to stop smoking in eating areas and whatnot. All thats doing is putting cigarette butts infront of the store on the ground making the eating establishment look worse. but HEY the smells gone. and all those cigarettes that could have been cleaned up and put into a trash can from the ash tray are all on the floor and plus while walking into the restaurant you get a nice wiff of smoke too.
