: This looks so famililar! But I'm still trying to find the source material.
It's a clip (GIF?) that's been run thru a filter, and he had many art and animations removed at that time. That small explanation above was all that was needed to get it removed, so someone recognized it back then.

Homersimpson's got multiple accounts, as the number in the username changes, 101, 102, etc. He's up to 104, that I know of. Someone delete them all or please notify Wade. I've bugged Wade enough already today. I reported only the 104 account.
