Dropped out of high school, in Canada because of the people.
The girls here aren't all that bright, really. I can see why people would specifically hate Canadians, as one myself. When we're working we don't like being bothered by ANYONE.

I recall one time, I seen a construction worker carrying some planks back to his truck. When an old lady hobbled over, to ask when they'd be done. He lost it. He tore away the hardhat he was wearing, his facial features quickly became covered in wiry hair. His arms the size of the planks he was carrying. Before I knew it, he had picked her up and threw her over a nearby building. After the event, he retreated to his truck and drove off. Leaving only his hat, and the poor lady's bingo dabbers that had fallen from her purse.

But yeah, the girls here? Not hot.

It depends on what you're trying to go for, as with anything. If what you're going for is realism, it should be realistic. So on, and so forth. I personally don't think your style should hindered at all, at the cost of accuracy (Unless of course you're being paid for it). If you're not happy with it, you won't be happy with it. But money makes everything better.

Oh NG users, you have failed me with some of this art (Err- most of it). I don't mean to be a total knob over that remark, but some quality control would be nice, don't just post some random picture of a mangled body.

I may whip something up, if I can get some time from my webcomic. I really REALLY loved the Madness series as a kid, if I win, I'd probably hand the prize over to Krinkles. The poor bastard slaving over flash all day, just think of that grandpa back!

Oh sweet! I wish I found this thread earlier, I may/may not be able to attend though. Seeing how money is not my friend, at the moment, and we are having a "break" from each other. I took one of our children, they took the oth- It's just money troubles at the 'mo.

Although, at Comic Con next year, why don't we see if we can't set up a Newgrounds booth or something? I'll defiantly go there, (This year's was rather bland, need some more dicks n' such.)

But yeah, I'll try to pull something together. If not, I'll ya'll another time.

So here is my piece, it will probably be redone when I get around to thinking of better details and such.

I didn't exactly feel it when I was done, but I kind of like it... I suppose, anyways, it's called "How not to get nailed" yeah I know it's a cheap sexual pun. But that's what 70% of Newground's BBS is made up of.

If you have any suggestions on how to improve it, I'd love that. I;m just a novice with flash as you can see, but I hope you like it. Or... At least TRY to.

The BBS has failed me, yet again.

Basically what they're saying is that Ray uses most of the video for his stupid antics.
All the while creating a "Self meme" then creates things on his website or whatever to sell and create money off of.

I agree it's a terrible way of a living, and is all around just food for trolls.

I also agree about the copyright bit, it says in the 'Terms and Agreements' they are barely enforced for such youtube users like Ray.

April 25th is ironically my birthday, and again that I recently switched to doing animation. But I still need a lot of practice and don't have the proper equipment to enter. But I'll try to show my support for those who take this seriously.

Fine, how about if that wasn't made or they were looking for a new theme. Then what would you choose.

Kind of self explanatory, basically I want the users of Newgrounds to decide on what would be the best suggestion for a legit Newgrounds theme. If you don't know one or have any worth while suggestions, then agree/vote on which of the already chosen ones you think should be the (non) legit theme.

RULES:
-They can be any song (Even from the audio portal)
-If you submit a song, you must also give creative reasons to why you picked that song.
-If you vote you should also put why you vote for it.
-Any genre.
-Try to stick to one song suggestion, one vote. Or both in one.
-A link to the song would also be pretty good as well.

It's all for fun, not really serious.

I actually play my life out like a game, or possibly a story.
My life most of the time happens like this.

I start something
Goes good
Something bad happens/Gives up
I practice and get better/Gives up
I overcome it
Climax of the chapter/Gives up
Learn something
Continues to get better/Gives up

Anything that leads to 'Gives up' starts a new scenario.
minor details in between helps as well.

So in the end, I guess I could call myself a main character.

Still need personal ideas on this subject, like what in people's experiences seem like the great equipment that they use now. Or possibly things that help them personally. Anything like that would help.

I used to have this problem as well, and trust me. Women can obtain it as well given the ways they were raised.

He probably is afraid to be seen in person or seen in public / seen with another person.
Basically meaning he has public issues, feels only safe with a object/his house. I for one cannot go outside without my black hoodie and boots. (I don't know why)

Either that or he feels unworthy of being with you/that person, AKA chronic shyness. I had this and still sometimes have this.

So lets match which one he has.
-He wouldn't go to places when you said 'party' meaning more then you would be there. Referring to #2
-He even alone won't go, that probably means he likes his house, Referring to #1

So he has both, and he probably does find you beautiful and ashamed that he cannot spend time with you given what he has and he probably DOES know he has it, therefore finding himself unworthy.

Thank you, also I still like PERSONAL ideas.

I am a noob at basically everything at the moment, but I basically want to do flash, and voice acting. Tips for both would be great, but here I want to focus on voice acting.

I have absolutely no practice nor do I have equipment for it at all, which is why I'm here. At my level what do you suppose I should get, so I can make a list when I get enough money, or what program should I download. Detail would be best here to point me in the exact right direction.

I have been wondering also about doing music but not really interested in it. So any audio tips or ideas of what I should get would be great.
