Assuming the man is hetero and doesn't see the penis (or just is unaware he's potentially looking at a guy or an intersex person), the man is ASSUMING that he's looking at a female.

Now, if he investigates further and discovers the female is actually a male (or intersex), there's a chance that he'll still be attracted to his FEMININE physical characteristics, though this could leave him in a state of confusion (or he'll just be completely turned off).

Situations like what you stated above usually fuel alot of negative stereotypes against "ladyboys" and similar people, mainly due to fear of deception, etc.
