Perhaps to our success, perhaps to our downfall, but the Newgrounds BBS has always had a very limited amount of forums. You look at a site like MySpace, and it's just shocking. I mean. Wow.

Anyway, if you were to decide to make another forum, what would it be?

For me, I'd make a movies forum. For me anyway, movies are a big part of my life, and in a weird way, they kind of define me. Additionally, there already tends to be many threads here on general talking about movies. Why not just create a new forum for it? We all love 'em!

Why? Because I know for a fact that I'm not the only one who has noticed that the majority of the idiocy on here is created by those with less than 500 votes. I'm not saying that we should do anything about it, but I'm just kind of shocked that people get so offended when I call a n00b a n00b. Should I stop worship black penises while I'm at it? Where does the madness end?!

Oh wait.

This is how it's all going to go down:

1) I tell you to go to the programming forum. Btw, go to the programming forum.
2) The programming regs are going to ask you about money specifics.
3) You are not going to have enough and are not 18 yet. You don't have a paypal and you tell them this.
4) You get flamed and are told to go to w3schools to learn for yourself.

Instead let me tell you:
Buying something this would cost tens of thousands of dollars. Do what you will, but you've been warned.

These kinds of posts annoy the f*ck out of me, and I hold firmly that people who post like this should be banned for f*cking eternity. Seriously, get the f*ck off or grow up dammit! You people are not original, witty, funny, or in any way distinguished. Just stop it. All you're doing is making a fool of yourself!

1. The inability to comprehend exaggerations, idioms, and hypothetical questions. Is it really that hard? Sure, there is almost always a way to wiggle out of things like these, but why do it? You're not funny, and you're just wasting time for people who actually want to read relevant, and insightful posts.

2. Continually making posts with 1-5 words. Normally in situations like this, your post is left completely ambiguous, and utterly unclear. Additionally, I just don't see why these users aren't able to muster up a few more words/sentences to make things clear. You don't need to beat a dead horse, but I just think it'd be good for the bbs is we started putting some effort into posting.

3. Idiotic arguing. Not that all arguing is bad -- the politics forum has many great examples of great arguing -- but why must we be so stupid sometimes? You gain nothing from arguing idiotically, so why not make an intelligent, informative, appreciated post bud?

4. Posts noting a username or new sig. Having my username, I'd know well . The problem with this, is that these kinds of posts can just as easily be posted in response to ANY OTHER post/thread that particular user has made. Also as far as sigs go, you have to remember sigs are temporary. Someone looking at the thread in the future may not understand what you mean. So yeah, if you like a sig or username, PM that person. Don't post about it.

5. Parody threads. Most of the time anyway, parody threads suck and normally don't get that many posts responding to them. Don't waste our time; don't make them. 'Nuff said.

6. To make this thread valid: What other things am I missing NG? What kinds of posts/threads tick you off?

1) Is it pronounced "fortune", or "four chan"?
2) I get most memes, but what do mudkips and the lawyer-guy have to do with anything?
3) How the hell did they get so popular.

This sucks because both candidates support war -- Obama has said that he will withdraw from Iraq only to deploy our soldiers back into Afghanistan; and McCain, rather obviously, will remain in Iraq if it takes him a thousand years to "fix the situation". Not only that, but both candidates are extremely pro-Israel, and have said that they will do whatever necessary to stop Arab countries, such as Iran, to stop pestering them. It is only foolish to say that these countries will take our threats keenly, and that it won't lead to any future conflicts.

Now, why is war bad? The Iraq war already costs us a trillion dollars a year. Already minding that we are currently fighting who can be no higher titled than a group of untrained individuals, what happens when we start fighting a real, adequate militia? I mean, our military already usurps 27% or our tax money! When we are in desperate need for funding for things such as education and health care, how high must we raise this ridiculous tax of death?

Case in point:
Both of our current candidates, like it or not, are very pro-war, and we simply can not get ourselves into any more militaristic conflicts. It costs too much, and serves only to kill our brave men and women in uniform. Please, look at third party candidates. It's our only chance to prevent the spiraling debt that we've created for ourselves.

While I personally do not recognize that many sub-colors fluently, I see nothing wrong with knowing them. Some people like learning about calculus, and some like physics. Others like music, and still others love poetry. Perhaps your friend just likes art, and in particular, colors!

Well, currently the side thingies are the only thing that is different, so you're right there. However, my post is about how there seems to always be something weird with the layout. I am not specifically talking about the side banners, although I guess my topic encompasses those. I am just saying that I miss the normal layout because it hardly is shown anymore.

Cutting yourself will release endorphins that many will find addictive. It gives you a sense of odd satisfaction. And if you have a lot of emotional pain, it helps to focus on this new physical pain. Have fun slitting yourself to get high! :D
