When did you first learn about Newgrounds?

somewhere around 2004, followed the link from a stolen flash in some site.

What do you most enjoy about the site?

It gives you the oportunity to submitt your work for free and it is fun to follow the comunity (at times)

Given one day at the reins of the site, what would you change, what would you fix?

There should be cash awards, but the submissions deserving those awards should be judged by some of the few sane members of the site, not the audience (independently of what the audience liked the most). And probably take away the trophy system since it seems to be more frustrating than it is fun and because I hate when people brag about not caring abut the awards then talk about that again and again and again

Im probably going to sound really really gay after I say all this but here it goes anyway!

this collab -my part included- is the epitome of not funny

I think some of the parts looked REALLY REALLY bad and the humor in them was not enough to overcome that. probably people would have been more forgiving if either the humor or the graphic part of the movie had been rised up a notch

when I joined the collab I was like "wow, leafworthy and other cool shits gonna be in that means now I can join a collab where my part is going to be the shittiest one isnt that great?"

-but when I saw the final product and saw the fantasia part -no offense to whoever made it- I was like "WELP,GOTTA GO!"

and 3 parts had traced drawings n shit man!!!! please understand traced art is the most prominent form of flatulence.

overall, the collab was a big bucket of sucket

so many people mention hulalaoo in the reviews and I cant begin to understand why oh god why!

I actually do agree with some of the collab "haters"as you call them, in certain aspects

I think the collab came out "ok", presents some flaws as well as strenghts but I think some of the fuckups were kinda my fault

for starters I worked out the credits with the standard canvas INSTEAD of the one I was supossed to and remembered that just tonight when I saw the collab, i even opened the fla. again just to verify If I was really that stupid. oshit!. I dont think it is a VERY significant mistake because the credits still keep a fairly decent black background-image-info format. but it was still kinda unprofessiona from my part.

dr mario why didnt you stretch the black lines in the credits? you know... when that thing that says "preloader by " and "menu and intro by" and stuff. and probably add 2 black rectangles at the sides so the pics remain looking consistent in size. It would have kinda helped keep a clean format.
Dont be afraid to edit other peoples work in the future dude!

to whoever has the fla. file, it would probably be a good thing to nitpick on those details I mentioned if you have the time. people actually DO notice these things even if they are not elitist faggots like me. and it will earn us a couple more points in the voting system.

The collab itself was fairly decent. I think vylent did the best part. I did not enjoy the traced drawings tough, seriously, they make my pupils itch!!

I think the collab looks very nice in general but my eyes kinda hurt of so many traced drawings...
I beleieve this will have a negative effect on a more critical audience and personally I think its kinda lame!

I sent the credits to doctormario yesterday so the collab is oficially complete!

all we need is for him to stick the credits inside and were pretty much done

oh and for RH to submitt later on.

speaking of wich redharvest I think it would be wise to wait a few days because of madness day and all that!

About 80% of the sprite people in this site say they do this "for fun", but that IS bullshit because most of them actually hate to animate and would probably lose their patience in a minute if they tried to make a drawn movie. the reason why sprite movies are dying is because people are tired of watching the same shit over and over and over. being a former "sprite animator" I can tell you moving bitmaps in a computer is ridiculously easyer than doing a flash drawn by yourself.

there are 2 kinds of sprite animators:

the begginers: who just discovered flash and are learning flash trough sprites
the faggots: people that say they do sprites "for fun" but thats bullshit because all they want is attention, and who are often devoid of any talent and will never be able to produce something better.
that pkmn dude mentioned some faggots and hes probably one himself. Probably.

the good thing is people slowly started paying less and less attention to the faggots in favor of original content. as for the beginners, they will slowly transform into faggots if they dont try to do anything else!

I mean its good if you get to pick your favorite disny moovis from the shelf

but Generally I like to just have my "play all" button.

I mean if you can have the PLAY ALL thing as a main way to see the movie that would probably work better, and the shelf would only work as a scene select.

I think the best choice is to provide both of those options, something similar to street fighter collab.
