hey, hi, wow, nice to meet you, have u lost weight? looking good, looking good.
anyywaayyy...
heres the lowdown..
i'm just about to start my 4th year in multimedia technology (dunno how i got this far, i suck). i'll bcome a 'bachelor of science in mutlimedia technology with honours' if i pass. so in this upcoming year i'll be asked to complete a 12 week project. the brief is waaaaay open (which doesnt help matter) and will say:
"make a cool and relatively unique multimedia-thing using the skills you've learned in your 4years"
seriously, thats the brief. and i'm stuck for ideas, i've usually had a brief direct me more than this.
so i was wondering if anyone has any ideas? or if anyone has done anything like this b4.
examples of previous projects are as follows:
•on-line community
•interactive multimedia information kiosk for use in a supermarket environment
•wireless database integration of a glasgow pub information system
•interactive network guide to loch lomond including on-line community
•a multimedia tool for controlling integrated, networked home entertainment
•more accessible public timetables
•the development of an interactive multimedia city guide
•security, functionality and developement of an ecommerce application
•musician / artist sharing internet
•development of 3D visualisation software to aid aspcts of set design for theatre
•does multimedia enhance childrens learning and can CAL (computer aided learning) replace adult teaching
•outline glasgow. portal of services in glasgow and area.
i wouldnt know how to do alot of those things. all the multimedia i know is.... hmmmm some webdesign, flash, director, audio work (cubase), graphic work (photoshop)... and basically thats all i know after 4 years of not learning. i know bits and bobs about networking.
if u've read this far i salute you.
anyone got any ideas?
did i mention u look radiant today?
