Snowfall is not dictated by the amount of cold, it only needs to be under 32 farenheit to snow. And these 'record' snowfalls, where are they? Certainly not Chicago where I am, one of the most infamously coldest winters experienced by the country. You know, It has snowed a total of one time this season and has rained countless times. The temp hovers at around 50+. Here we really miss snow. It turns out, it's just a really rainy winter across the country.

The earth has not been believed to be flat since the early first century. It is a myth that the king thought columbus would sail off the edge of the earth, the fact was based on basic arithmetic of New Age Greece where an object on the horizon will bend down. and not fall.

Communism does not work for the simple reason in that it is not human nature to have a government like Communism work.

Ideally everything distributed equally is fine, however history has shown that in almost every case of communism, it ends up becoming a realm of dictators. Communism results in greed by the ruler who is able to ge that much more.

When I say it's not in human nature to be communist, it's because it is human nature to be greedy. Everyone wants more than the person next to them because it leads to power, what happens is one man gets the power while the rest suffer equally.

when I think about this issue I think it isn't the right of others to ban. It's an unbannable issue by logic

gay marriage is its own form of religious expression in that if you are Christian but also gay, the fact that you support gay marriage means that you interpret the bible differently.

Of course, the first amendment forbids banning any religious expression as long as its peaceful and is not an attempt to demoralize the country.

A christian can choose to follow the bible is his or her own way including what teachings to follow and which to dismiss. The last time I checked, there is no clear definition to what makes a christian a christian. Anyone who argues that is clearly arguing for a certain branch.

Gay marriage should not be the choice of the ones who do not interpret the bible the same way, but rather the choices of those who realize that banning gay marriage would be the same as banning alcohol during inhibition in church ceremonies among other things the church would never think of allowing. It's the same as banning halloween in the country, something that is not likely to end. This works with both side of the argument, so even if the bible says homosexuality is an abomination, it also says incest is, and yet fundamentalist christians will sometimes go as far as to say that a women cannot have an abortion in such cases.

For those of you who don't already know, Mystery Science Theater 3000 or Mst3k was a cult T.V show that started out as a small time show on KTMA in Minnesota. It then grew in popularity and went through Comedy Central and then finally to the Sci-fi channel. It was canceled in 2001 after a ten-season run. Reruns ended in 2004.

The plot synopsis of the show was three characters one human and two robots are trapped in space and forced to watch bad movies by a mad scientist. These three guys make it a habit of commenting on the movies they watch wih hilairious results.

Very loose plot, the main feature is the showing of bad movies.

What I want to do here is make a Mystery Flash Theater 3000 or Mft3k on Newgrounds. There are already some low-quality mst3k parodies on here, but I want this to be better all around.

What I'm asking is anyone who has any crappy flash and is interested in it being commented on (not at your expense). Please post here. What I'm generally looking for is a flash 1 1/2 to 3 minutes long that is fits either one of these categories (cheesy, pointless, rude, or just bad)

I would prefer flash that have some purpose or resemblence to a plot. I'mhoping to maybe get at least two or three episodes, and if it's popular enough I may continue the series.

So please nominate some flashes, either yours or one that you saw that is just plain bad and post it here on this thread

I have scoured the internet attempting to try to find it, but it seems as if, aside from the countless ytmnd sites, this comic has been erased from the memory of the web. So part 13 is the only thing open. This is judgment call but I'd say make a new thread titled "Last open collab part artist needed" or something along those lines since people have probably gotten used to the main thread up there and don't even care. A new thread would probably attract someone new since it's only ten seconds long. I'd think it be quicker and probably get someone of higher skill. Probably should do it soon so the kids still on break will be more willing.

Reducin the alpha isn't noticeable enough on something that's moving and all it does it make it seem transparent like rice paper or something so just use some white trust me.

school's a bitch. yeah i'm pretty sure everyone else is on holiday. You get back on the third dude that's harsh. anyway the creator is getting a new computer he has to hook up. I haven't really talked to anyone else. Since this collab is kind at it's ending stages of completion a lot of guys have gone away to do other things too. The only things we need are for you to improve and refine your part, and for my friend to start on the last one. The rest is just a bunch of technical stuff like the menu, author profiles, etc.

Good now to make it seem like it's being propelled by a liquid than a shit, add some thin white strokes around the edges to make it shine.

In fact, I myself am trying to get into a position to be co-authored. They tried to do this voting thing awhile back while I wasn't really in it, and all the votes went to meebs. So I have no idea besides Meebs himself and Funguy_ca as certainties.

take a little more time with this one. Try to improve some of the stuff that just doesn't look right. Of it doesn't look right to you, it probably won't to me. Like that white space or the fact that there's nothing in the background or again, the blood shading wins a lot of points...

But enough about flash. HAPPY NEW YEARS EVERYONE. Or at least in a few hours for me.

no problem. you have the general shape and motion that the blood should make, but it looks like you just took a big brush and blotched out some red which is fin except agains it makes it looks to thick. I would suggest make it so there are more pieces of blood that trail away but are smaller. How it looks is pretty simple to fix. Like any liquid blood has a dark part, regular part, lighter part, and highlight. So what you need is a basic color of blood, I like something slightly darker than regular red. Color the middle portion of the blood that color, how much is your choice but it has to be the middle. Then you pick a darker shade of the red with color mixer, and color the portion farthest away from the light. Then pick a lighter red than the one that you began with an color the part closest to the light. Then pick pure white with the smallest brush (it's best when ou zoom in to about 400% to do it. With short lines that are scatter, outline the blood. You can put it in other places if it looks good, but you don't want there to be too much white.

THis is optional, but it will definitely increase your chances of getting in. Since your drawings themselves aren't top-notch you cansave that by applying physics to the animation. (i.e when the bunny head flies up it's ears go down) Totally up to you.

So... hope you didn't fall asleep. You definitely have a chance tho.

Hey everyone updating from puerto rico.
well ym (can't remember the rest) it's definitely better than I expected graphicswise tho it's pretty far from great. I suggest you take out those flower roots. All around the use of really thick lines confuses the part and doesn't look good. Tryto think out the lines. And maybe make the blood look a little more realistic. I don't know how good you are at shading, but if you think you can fix those things it would be much better. You can never go wrong if youhave more stuff going on.
