The newgrounds submission device has scripted security that blocks against the submission of the same submission more than once.
Two things have happened

It has pinned your filename as one that has been blamed and to solve that it needs to be changed.

If the file is around the same size as it wa when you first submitted it it'll say that you have not mad significant adjustments in changing the flash. To solve that, do something to change the filesizer by 500kb or more.

My brother has a wrist rocket slingshot.
It has 2 bands of surgical tubing on each side of the pocket.
From about 50 ft away it will put a glass marble thru a 1/2 inch sheet of plywood, he says he gets better penetration with ball bearings ,but marbles are easier to get.
Wonder what a ball bearing hitting you in the side of the head would do ?

For one, their illegal to make, and owning a gun isn't with licensing. A bottle of gasoline would for likely just kill you. Axes under the shirt would be a bit of a hassle since you might wanna concentrate on not slashing yourself down the chest while you take it out.

Photons exist and they don't have mass. Just because something exists doesn't mean that it has mass. Not only that, but putting rules on the universe like we know everything is pretty presumptuous. Photons only exist for literally an instant. you can't compare a photon to a soul because a soul is presume to live on forever. Also photons are not bound by the same laws, they do not attach themselves to the earth, they do all sorts of crazy things.

I believe it was the comedian Chris Rock who suggested that idea a couple of years ago.
He said something about make bullets $5000.00 each.
So that way most people would have to save up for a long time to be able to afford bullets.

So what would that really solve.

A tween is basically the action an objects takes such as movement. When tweens are done they are done in between two keyframes in the timeline, making it so the frames in between the two keyframes display a gradual transformation from one keyframe to the other.

Example: A ball going from the left side of the stage to the right side of the stage. A motion tween can be used to measure that movement within a certain time using two keyframes, on with the position of the ball on the right and the other keyframe having the ball on the right.
By spreading the keyframes apart in the timeline and applying the motion tween. Stuff will automatically happen in between the two keyframes, but only in the most direct of paths. In other words you will see the ball moving across the stage. Motion tweens are used for distortion as well as movement and scaling an objects size.

Beside the motion tween (example above) there's a shape tween which is used to transform an object's shape, composition, color, etc over a period of time

Tweens are usually considered beginner tools for animating since it does a lot of work for you. It can also sacrifice quality if not done with proper direction. However, tweens are necessary o flash and do carry some very important qualities.

Tween animating is different from Frame-By-Frame (fbf) in that not every frame is drawn individually.

K here's what I mean

See how gun is taking up all the stage while the others are like miniclips with black around them. With the v-cam in Brit's part it'll stay that way. Without the v-cam nothings directs the camera movement and the part falls apart. My suggestion is to let it go as is.

Well you know how the v-cam is made so that anything inside of it fits the entire stage. well The other cartoons don't fit the entire stage just a portion. This means that British Moose's part, being under the control of the v-cam, will not follow any commands I give it in term of position, size, alpha etc...

I contemplated rescaling it manually but the part is just to complicated with too many keyframes.

We have two options at this point for the preloader

We either

have all the minitoons take up the entire stage when played, but sacrific the viewer's ability to see the preloader bar.
or have just British moose's toon take up the screen and sacrifice uniformity. It's your choice meebs

I'm sure many of you are familiar with the v-cam script by now, but I need something to happen that I'm not sure I can do.

I'm not sure how to do this But what I want is not for the v-cam to scale the movieclip to take up the whole stage but only a fraction of it. Then I can position the movieclip where I desire.

Bad news guys I have no way of making it so the vcam doesn't fill the whole stage

unless someone knows about working with v-cams inside movieclips and about makingthem not fill the whole stage. Then I'll have to do something about that.

This shows that if reincarnation were possible it would mean that the soul itself had mass and was tangible thing. It would mean that one human soul would split up into 100000000 little soul bits and reincarnate into ants, implying such a mass. Since a soul is not tangible it cannot exist. Therefore no soul and no reincarnation

Humor I think, is a very distracting element in a tutorial, and I believe the solution to that problem would not be to find better jokes but to limit it more. Save the jokes for the beginning and ends of sections so as not to confuse people while they try to concentrate on what you're teaching.
