Tabacco doesn't affect others (like through car crashes) like marijuana does. you're usually just killing yourself and no one else.

study up on the hard drugs man, people don't usually take those to get good feeling, they do it for relief or to satisfy an addiction, completely different.

well... they've done some stuff since then and found other issues as well, like how people aren't willing to concede to taking oral pills of the effective marijuana chemicals because they either don't get high or just have more fun smoking weed. kinda outputs that marijuana is just another alcohol, and i think one alcohol-implicated drug is enough.

i will have to disagree with the OP since although such things like his religious affiliation would claim a black bias, the fact is is that he was rarely involved with the African American community well.... throughout his life, more than any other. I think this is thought-out, but misled.

I was wondering since I was going to make a tutorial that needed me to attach an .fla to it. Is is possible for me to put the .fla in the flash so someone can download it since I don't really have website to upload it to that will permanently make available the file without me reuploading it every so often. thank you for pointing that out. My mistake. attempted governor of arkansas is what i should have said, but still this whole topic has nothing to do with hilary and has everything to do with obama, i was merely stating why i was going to be voting for obama, because hilary does not know how to choose her supporting cast. so please read the main point of the argument as really try to see the point in what someone has taken the time to write. This pic is a screenshot from my upcoming flash, its not completed since it doesn't have the character in it nor is it madly photoshopped. But i've been doing a lot of these screenshots just to make sure i get some publicity, but I still don't want to give the whole flash away. i'll post a comparison too.

im pretty sure the guys frightened that toonboom will overrun adobe before too long. I don't see that happening. Flashes place is and always will be the web. Without actionscript toonboom can't integrate into the internet community well at all.

I haven't looked them up or anything since their first album, but i still listen to the above songs and more.

Yeah they toned it down since then, in th e second one they don't really do any songs like Fallen Rock Zone or Parole, there a lot more acoustic now and the lyrics are styled for that, a lot more On my Side style and Sky, the new one I think will be more in between the two but closer to the second one.

Precisely the reason I am still voting for him. He unites them despite his dishonesty, which in effect makes this case very different than the one with Bush.

Now, I disagree with some of Obama's policy, especially domestically, but I think his stance on foreign affairs, combined with his innate ability to bring people together is exactly what this country needs.

I'm actually more confident in his domestic policy unless he gets someone good to play the karl rove role. I would definitely like to see someone experienced in foreign affairs like a Joe Biden or a Bill Richardson in that kind of role. However, I don't think his ability to unite the American people will apply to foreign countries. Who knows?

I bet the work load would be a lot less if not having a profile picture wasn't considered a "properly sized profile" and therefore qualified. That needs to be fixed.

they're a pretty uniques sound, they incorpate regular alternative rock with a little middle eastern influence.

Ra is a fairly unknown ska/hard/alternative rock band that I happen to like. I think they're really underrated as a group and I just wanted to know if anyone else here knows of them. You don't even have to like them, the fact that you know of them is probably good enough for them. I'm posting about them just because their third album "Black Sun" is coming out soon and my hopes are high.

Haha! you wish I were racist. just because i say hilary being a women is just as significant as a black man being president. The country is over 50% female, to whom is the election of a representive to the presidency going to affect more. The majority of the country that hasn't had someone to represent them until and didn't vote until 1920, didn't have a congresswomen until 1916 and senator til 1938?

If that's the logic people are using to defend the stance that race matters, why wouldn't having a native american president be the best choice? Remember? The ones we nearly killed off completely? Destroyed their culture while blacks remained alive and able to keep their culture? Yes slavery was an atrocity, but right now in the present one is gone the other is still here witha chance to make something of themselves? It's not my debate. I could not care less what race or gender they are, I merely find it strange that people come to the conclusion that its more important to have a black man in office than a woman from a logical standpoint.

This is on the photo that just came around showing obama in a "muslimish" garb. Obama casts the issue aside as though the question wasn't really about him, but about Hilary, which is how Brian Williams framed. Barack Obama doesn't like to talk about his past. He makes generalizations about his past that are to make it seem he was more involved with the community than he really turned out to be. Like his senate record, his illinois state senate record is very dissapointing , forget the votes, just in terms of attendence. in the u.s senate, he's missed 23% of the votes, and this is just his first full term. you would think that as you get older you may miss a few more votes like the case of mccain.

"professor of constitutional law" he has said this many times and it pisses me off. He knows he is not, and never has been a professor of constitutional law. He is a lecturer. But of course people overlook the fact that he is distorting his own image because "it's just a word" well words are obama's game, so you need to analyze everything he says, there is a reason why he called himself a professor, he wants to endow himself with the same respect and honor that comes with actually being a professor, an expert of the field.

He has called himself a civil rights attorney, which is technically true, but has done so in a way that implies that he did something to have blacks get their right in the 60's. Com'on a civil rights attourney in the 80's? the years we were trying whether it was constitutional for colleges to apply quotas for diversity in affirmative action?

And no one calls him out when he says he was an 8 year state senator when one of those years he was also a us senator. Part time job? no way. 7 years. For whoever thinks "you're complaining about 1 year" I say "Fine let's wait til 2009 for bush to leave the white house"

Obama's entire story is built of these half truths and other suspicious things. What's this about classmates of obama saying that obama was "a guy of moderation" when he professes to done his fair share of cocaine. Most close friends and teachers have admitted that there was never any signs of cocaine and only moderate marijuana use. Obama says "they don't know how it transformed me"

The fact remains the same after all these years, who really knows obama? The obama with a past?
This is not the same Obama I expected when he came into the U.S Senate, not the one that I decided to vote for after Biden dropped out.

I think back to last summer when I worked as a senate page, sponsered by the illinois senators, throughout the month I saw Obama present come and sit down about 8 days, out of the whole month I was there every weekday in July working from 7 am to 8pm. I was there when the filibuster was on, staying on the 7am to 8pm regular time, and extending it to 2 am the next day. And where was Obama, probably sleeping comfortably while Ted Kennedy pulled out a cot. And remember, this was the month right before senate went out of session. on vacation, while of course he would be campaigning.

He must have cut a lot of classes in school as a kid. Must have not respected the time of his teachers, since he certainly doesn't respect the time of his fellow senators.

I'm sorry to say that I will be voting for this man in November. Not because I want Hilary as a candidate, she has already proved to me that while she has all the experience and passion to lead, she does not know how to get together a supporting cast. I can imagine her cabinet to be overly underqualified, chosen because of some obscure work they did for her when she was governor of Arkansas.

No, I'm sorry to be voting for this man because with him in office, the only beneficial thing we will get is a United America. Unfortunately, it will be behind King Obama, Lord Obama, and not president Obama.

It is becoming more and more apparent to me, through the calculated speeches of Obama, that his reputation is based on no one's account but his own. While Hilary's campaign is a complete failure, Obama's is able to thrive on the half-truths that has brought it to this level of popularity. After Bush, you can understand why many of things he's been saying through the debates and really entire political life, the claims he has made past and present, has been disturbing me.

The opening SNL skit last week illustrated not only a scarily realistic picture of the media during the debate, but also of debates past, and the one last night, and really... the trend of American thinking. I see Americans flock to his man everyday, either by jumping on the bandwagon or deciding that having a black president will be more important than a woman president, something obviously up to debate seeing as more than 50% of the US is female.

The problem is that the questions we ask are no longer reasonable, they are softballs so full of fluff that they literally have no substance to them. We can question Hilary's policy because she has an established one, while Obama waits to speak second on issues like Russia and Kosovo because he wants to borrow off of her ideas.

I didn't mean to rant but I think everyone needs to come out of this trance for change. I would put examples here but it wouldn't really matter because everyone looks past such half truths, and if they haven't seen them as half truths yet, then they aren't likely to in the future. Realize that when Obama says, "I want to be honest with the American people" that he is currently only being half truthful, and when he becomes president, the country's state is not the only thing he'll have to change, but the way he selects words. He is not a matter of fact as Hilary, John Edwards, Joe Biden, or even Gravel is, he is a matter of fabrication. He is King Obama, and kings rule the fortune deprived and witless.

It's starting to get really competitive in terms of jobs animation. With the big business animation is getting animators have more freedom to demand higher wages they're getting them since unlike stuff that can be outsourced, in a movie what you SEE is what you get.

Tweening is certainly acceptable - just look at this nominated short.

yeah but im under the idea that they used a different sort of tweening, such as using camera movements, and since it wasn't necessarily made in flash (I'll have to confirm this) they weren't using the same kind of robotic machine generated tweens, and designed every tween from scratch. you can tell be of the obvious free flow. But if it is then by golly let's tween ourselves into the oscars.
