Before I ban you, I'll hear you out - why should this be locked? Which rule is it breaking?
There's no rule against pointless and ignorant trolling? Is this really the kind of thing you believe needs to be on here.

Look at the thread mood. It looks very much like a joke to me - like a bit of fun. If the whole thread was full of insults being hurled back and forth and was really damaging to the forums, then yeah I'd lock it, but what harm is it doing?

The people responding here are (mostly) intelligent enough to appreciate the joke.

We already know that it's just a useless and dumb thread that was made because some jackass thought it would be hilarious. And if you think that I should be baneed just because I disapprove of that then you go ahead but nothing will ever justify you doing so.

I'm going to ban you because you were backseat moderating, and your attitude is just horrible.

Have a few days off to cool down and lighten up a bit <3

I never denied this. I explained a few reasons why, but it seems like you missed them -
Moderators have REAL LIVES, which means time periods where they're away from NG. It can be days, weeks, months, anything like that. Also, a lot of moderators are active in forums you don't visit, which means you haven't seen them do anything.

You still haven't told me where you got the correlation between inactive moderators and power-hungry moderators.

I understand it's a volunteer and mods don't have lives and glue themselves to the computer all day opening topics and locking them. I'm saying I've seen retarded topics that have gone on far to long not get locked (Which you stated) and virtually meaningless topics locked.

When there's a topic that you think hasn't been seen by a moderator, send one of us a PM and ask us to check it out. The italic bits are emphasised because often users demand we ban someone or lock something for all the wrong reasons, and they're wrong about it and it's annoying.

I'm saying their are people who do sit in front of their PC's all day and lurk the BBS, why not mod a few of them? Would that not make it easier?

Do they care about the BBS... and are they trustworthy? As soon as you start filling the BBS with moderators, it'll start to blur the line between mod and user, which means all sorts of whining from both sides.

Aside from anything else, the people who browse the BBS all day don't necessarily know how it works well enough to be a moderator. I was beginning to feel a lot of resent towards this forum when I saw people spamming or getting away with bannable offences, and I can't speak for anyone else, but before I was modded I really wasn't enjoying the BBS much.

The people who can browse the BBS all day and aren't moderators are actually really lucky, because they don't have the burden of knowledge and subconscious desire to fix something which they have no control over.

I wasn't saying what you where doing was just for the aura (although I did say that, but didn't mean it in that context exactly) I was referring to the people who have it just because. Think of famous artist on the site that were modded but never actually lurk the BBS. All I was saying.

You have to be more careful with the words you throw around. You specifically said that the moderators who you don't see moderate things are just power-hungry users who like the aura because of the superiority complex they have.

Where did you get the correlation between less active = power hungry?

But we need like 3 or 4 really dedicated mods to keep the BBS clean. I'm not saying it's easy to be a mod, but why not just click into every thread and lock if necessary? A large majority of NG BBSers do that anyways (Except the locking part), so why not mod a couple of dedicated BBS people?

You are honestly clueless as to what being a BBS mod is. First, moderators have lives, meaning there will always be unspoken shift rotations and quiet periods where there's less moderators on.

If you honestly think being a BBS mod is just opening topics and locking them, then you really need to stay out of this thread. Of course it's easy to come along and lock a bad photoshop thread or delete an obvious spam thread, but what about the decisions that aren't quite as obvious?

Being a moderator is a volunteer job and the people who stick at it are the ones who truly want to see the BBS flourish without being tainted by the mediocre bad jokes and spammers who pop up all the time.

Sometimes you stumble across a topic that's been left unchecked and has grown to 3 pages when it should have been cut off at 3 replies, and you think to yourself "right, time to spend the next 15 minutes cleaning this fucking mess up" and the only reason you do is because you want the forum to be clean more than anything else.

The people who thing being a BBS moderator is all about inside jokes and superiority are exactly the people who aren't right for the position - namely you.

Dry ice you know I will always suck your balls dry please don't be mad at me I will always love you.

This is business, it's nothing personal. Don't say stupid shit and I wont call you out on it.

Hold on, what the fuck makes you think that inactive moderators are only there for the aura? The aura means fuck all to the people who wield it, which is often a good way to tell if someone is right for the job or not - they don't see it as a throne they can sit on just to feel superior to all the regular users.

Don't you dare repeat stupid shit like this you've heard other butthurt users cry, it makes you look as stupid as they are and that's something you could do without.

Just relax.

A number of things could be causing it, you might be too sexually excited about it which is causing it to become too big a deal. You could be too tired at the time you meet her, or you could be jerking off too much.

Remedy it by lowering your masturbation rate (as in, stop it for a while) and make sure you're not physically or mentally tired when you get there.

When you're going to meet up with her, tell yourself "we don't need to have sex, we might not have sex, lets just enjoy the company and friendship" and you'll eventually relax yourself to the point where you'll easily be able to perform repeatedly with no problems.

The egg shell would probably get pretty damaged and a lot of your egg would end up out in the open. If you manage to fry it without the shell breaking, and provided that you actually manage to cook the egg, it would come out similar to a hard boiled egg.
